Booked by 1 family in San Mateo, CA

Hi, I’m Andreina, a 36 years old caregiver based in Redwood City with a genuine passion for supporting families in their daily lives. I bring over three years of hands on experience working with children of different age groups, from toddlers to teens, always prioritizing structure, clear communication and a positive atmosphere. One of my favorite things is guiding children to develop their intuition, helping them go beyond what their eyes can see and trust what they feel inside. I love incorporating movement and dance into our time together, as a way to express emotions, shift energy and bring joy into everyday moments. Beyond childcare, I have solid experience in pet care, animal behavior and training. I have a natural ability to read energy and communicate with animals on a deeper level, which allows me to truly understand their needs and keep them calm and balanced. I’m detail-oriented, dependable and grounded in values like healthy living and mindfulness. I believe that truly caring for a family means showing up with integrity every single day. Whether you need help with your little ones, your pets or household tasks, I’m here to make your life a little easier. Let’s connect!

Andreina helped my son improve his communication at home, she's very thoughful and helpful lady... She's just another member of our family..!! ♥️🍃

Hello 😊! My name is Daniela, I am a 2nd year college student, focusing my studies on Child Development, Psychology, & Sociology. I am extremely passionate about the route I am taking, in terms of my education & the work I do within the elementary school I work in & the wonderful families I provide babysitting/nanny services to 🥰! I have over seven years of experience, both professional and personal, working with children, ranging from infants to teenagers. I’ve worked in school settings, nannied for multiple families, provided casual babysitting for date nights, and have also helped as a mother’s helper. My responsibilities have included supervising activities, helping with homework, preparing meals, engaging in crafts, supporting routines, and driving children to and from school or activities. In addition to childcare, I’m happy to help with light cleaning, meal prep, organizing, and running errands. I am CPR/First Aide certified, have a valid driver’s license, and have my own reliable vehicle; all of which allow me to be prepared in case of any emergencies or any general errands at hand. I truly enjoy working with children and supporting families in any way I can. I’d love to speak more about how I can best help you and your family!

I’ll be happy to answer any of your questions. My life was full of small stories, as I was born with a “setting” in my mind, that I would love to understand what life is about in general. And I learned what is most important and why. One of the most important things (better to say values) is a good supportive atmosphere in a family, which I do with all my effort trying to keep in my family and will be putting not less effort to keep it in yours. I worked in IT for 10 years, before my youngest daughter was born. She is 17 now, finishing high school. Last 15 years (before we moved to California from Chicago) I was working in 2 derections. I was organizing art, music events and was working on a concept of “kid’s club” - informal studying, where kids would be able to see where is their natural potential, their inner strengths are. I’ll be happy to work with your kids and do my best to help them to develop what they can do the best, while to keep developing other strengths. Looking forward to hear from you. I was born in Belous (we speak Russian at home). My family immigrated to US in 1989. I was at the age of my youngest daughter

Yulia has been amazing with my 2-year-old! She's deeply caring and brings the best energy to every visit. What I appreciated most is how independent and proactive she is - she respects our wishes as parents but never needs detailed instructions. When my son wasn't feeling well, she was incredibly patient and accommodating, and once he recovered, she had him out on long walks and bike rides. Highly recommend!

"We absolutely LOVE Isa — our family was so fortunate to have found her through UrbanSitter. I'm a first-time mom, and it took me a long time to find a full-time nanny I could trust to care for our sweet infant boy. Our boy connected with her immediately, and we couldn't have asked for anyone else to care for him. Her calming presence was also perfect for parents like us who work from home. We feel so lucky UrbanSitter helped us find someone who has truly become a part of our family."

"I was so stressed about finding a part-time nanny for my 14-month-old son, who has moderate separation anxiety and hadn't been left with anyone but family before, but we were both immediately at ease in Buhay's presence. Her empathy and commitment to understanding child development are apparent in every interaction I've witnessed between her and my toddler. I feel very lucky to have found her."

"Erna watched our now 5 year old daughter and 3 year old son for a few years. She is punctual, responsible, honest, and playful. What we appreciated most was that she was thoughtful in ensuring that we had a little break; for example, when the kids were clingy, she was able to divert their attention with games or songs or walks to the park. We felt very comfortable leaving our kids with Erna because of her caring nature and experience that spans a decade (including being a live-in nanny)."
