Karen Danville
$30 per hour for 1 child
Booked by 3 families in San Ramon, CA

Hi. My name is Karen Castiblanco. I’m 28yo. I am starting Early Childhood Education classes next fall. I’m originally a from Colombia. Fluent in Spanish and English. And I am offering child care since I really enjoy working with kids. I firmly believe I have a special connection with them. Right now I am looking for a full time position (8am-4pm or 9am-5pm). I will be available to start as soon as now since the lovely boy I was taking care of right now will be starting full time at school. A little bit about me: I consider myself to be attentive, patient, understanding, respectful and empathetic. I believe my personality matches very well with this job since I am also considerate, responsible, consistent and very supportive. This is what I decided to be my job because I genuinely enjoy doing it and take it very seriously. I take care of them as they were my own. My fascination for taking care of children started when I was 17. When I fell in love with my niece and then 3 years later with her sister. I’ve been part of their lives and I’ve seen them grow since day one (literally). And honestly, I’ve always been surrounded by children. Their spontaneity, huge imagination and creativity amazes me every time. It’s incredible seeing them develop and grow while you’re guiding them and learning with and from them. My goal is providing a safe and enjoyable environment for the children and keeping them active during the day. Since I started working as a nanny, I’ve mostly taken care of kids between the ages of 9 months to 10 years old, but I’m able to take care of younger and older children as well. I used to help at a daycare during my high school years as well as I volunteered on Sundays for my local church. I was also an Aupair for two years. Something I truly enjoy doing is sharing my language with the kids I’m taking care of (if parents are okay with it of course) I’m not a teacher (yet) but it makes me really happy when I can share some of my knowledge with them, it’s very fruitful and gratifying. • Strong driver • CPR certified • 7+ years of experience • Fully vaccinated • Pet friendly • Have my own car • Responsible, patient, adaptable, flexible and genuinely love working with kids. I’ll be more than happy to provide you with references as well. If you are interested please don’t hesitate to reach me out. Looking forward to talking to you soon!

Hailey Danville
$20 per hour for 1 child

I have several years of experience caring for children of all ages, from infants to teenagers. Over time, I’ve worked as both a babysitter and nanny, gaining hands-on experience with daily routines, meal prep, school drop-offs and pick-ups, homework help, and bedtime. I truly enjoy building strong, trusting relationships with the families I work with, and I always make sure the kids feel safe, cared for, and engaged. I bring patience, responsibility, and a fun, creative energy to childcare. Whether it’s organizing activities, helping with learning, or simply spending time outdoors, I believe in creating a balanced mix of structure and play. I also have experience with pets and household responsibilities, so I’m able to lend a helping hand wherever it’s needed. My goal as a nanny is to provide reliable, nurturing support that gives parents peace of mind and children a safe and happy environment to thrive in.

Reliable, dependable, and engaging day/night nanny, NCS, Sleep Consultant, House Manager with over 15 years paid experience in all ages. Currently renewing Doula certification. Certified in infant and child CPR. Highly skilled and trained in infant and toddler development. Experience working in the NICU department, with neurodivergent and disabilities. Committed to promoting children’s physical, mental, and emotional development in partnership with the parents. Experience includes overnight and day/weekend scenarios, as well as participation in extended family vacations and touring abroad with a musician. Experience working with learning and behavior disorders and working closely with neurodivergent children, Assimilated into households with diverse traditions, routines and religious/dietary practices.

Hiring Amanda was the best decision we ever made. Our daughter just turned 4 when we welcomed our twins into the world. We were so over-whelmed by the new demands. When Amanda came over, we could always look forward to a restful night sleep and her words of wisdom. Our babies had a sever case of reflux. They had to be held upright most of the nights. Her tips were so insightful and simple to follow-swaddle them, keep them upright (th reflux), smaller more frequent feedings, light bouncing. She cared for the babies like they were her own. We miss Amanda dearly and have referred her to family and friends.

$30 per hour for 1 child
Booked by 15 families in San Ramon, CA

Hi, I’m Antonia. I have worked as a nanny for 17+ years and am a mother of three boys, ages 14, 5, and 10 months. I am currently looking for a new family to work with, ideally caring for a child between 0–3 years old alongside my youngest son. I truly enjoy working with children and becoming a supportive part of a family’s daily life. I am experienced in helping children through developmental and behavioral milestones, including sleep and nap routines, eating habits, sharing and taking turns, potty training, and preparing for preschool. I love spending time outdoors with kids and enjoy taking them to parks, playgrounds, and the library for play, learning, and socialization. I speak three languages: English, Spanish, and Mam (a Guatemalan language). Over the years, I have worked with more than 10 families, and I still stay in contact with nearly all of them. References are available upon request. I am also open to a nanny share and flexible on rates and hours, as long as the overall arrangement meets my family’s needs. In addition, I have participated in my own nanny shares with each of my three boys when they were infants, and I can provide references from the families I worked with during those arrangements. I am available to start anytime.

Antonia was incredible! She was quick to respond to my request for a last minute job and arrived promptly despite the early start time and roughly an hour of notice. She was warm and kind and had my stranger anxious baby smiling in no time! I am so happy to have found Antonia!

"We absolutely LOVE Isa — our family was so fortunate to have found her through UrbanSitter. I'm a first-time mom, and it took me a long time to find a full-time nanny I could trust to care for our sweet infant boy. Our boy connected with her immediately, and we couldn't have asked for anyone else to care for him. Her calming presence was also perfect for parents like us who work from home. We feel so lucky UrbanSitter helped us find someone who has truly become a part of our family."

"I was so stressed about finding a part-time nanny for my 14-month-old son, who has moderate separation anxiety and hadn't been left with anyone but family before, but we were both immediately at ease in Buhay's presence. Her empathy and commitment to understanding child development are apparent in every interaction I've witnessed between her and my toddler. I feel very lucky to have found her."

"Erna watched our now 5 year old daughter and 3 year old son for a few years. She is punctual, responsible, honest, and playful. What we appreciated most was that she was thoughtful in ensuring that we had a little break; for example, when the kids were clingy, she was able to divert their attention with games or songs or walks to the park. We felt very comfortable leaving our kids with Erna because of her caring nature and experience that spans a decade (including being a live-in nanny)."
