We hired Sandra to take care of our 5 day old foster newborn baby. She had flexibility and excellent care! We have had her for almost 6 weeks and she has been a lifesaver when we needed her! She had been super flexible and had gone over and beyond! She has done extra work with laundry, washing bottles, bringing diapers, bringing baby dish soap & so much more! She would make a great addition to any family. My husband travels and his schedule is so sporadic and her flexibility has saved us! Since it’s foster care, I didn’t get a chance to take anytime off so having her has helped immensely. 2 social workers have come weekly and have seen her handle the baby with care and see the love she gives her. Also, as a child therapist, it’s hard for me to leave my children with anyone- I 110% trust her with both my kiddos!

"We absolutely LOVE Isa — our family was so fortunate to have found her through UrbanSitter. I'm a first-time mom, and it took me a long time to find a full-time nanny I could trust to care for our sweet infant boy. Our boy connected with her immediately, and we couldn't have asked for anyone else to care for him. Her calming presence was also perfect for parents like us who work from home. We feel so lucky UrbanSitter helped us find someone who has truly become a part of our family."

"I was so stressed about finding a part-time nanny for my 14-month-old son, who has moderate separation anxiety and hadn't been left with anyone but family before, but we were both immediately at ease in Buhay's presence. Her empathy and commitment to understanding child development are apparent in every interaction I've witnessed between her and my toddler. I feel very lucky to have found her."

"Erna watched our now 5 year old daughter and 3 year old son for a few years. She is punctual, responsible, honest, and playful. What we appreciated most was that she was thoughtful in ensuring that we had a little break; for example, when the kids were clingy, she was able to divert their attention with games or songs or walks to the park. We felt very comfortable leaving our kids with Erna because of her caring nature and experience that spans a decade (including being a live-in nanny)."
