Hi everyone! My name is Diego, I’m 27 years old and originally from Brazil. I’ve been living in the U.S. for almost six years and recently graduated from the University of San Francisco with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. While my academic background is in business, my heart has always been with children and community work. My journey with kids began when I was 15 years old. I worked as a children’s party monitor for four years, where I was responsible for caring for kids, feeding them, organizing games, dancing, face painting, and creating a fun and safe environment. That experience sparked my passion for childcare and led me to the U.S., where I became an au pair. Over the past two years, I’ve been caring for two amazing boys, now aged 6 and 8. My daily responsibilities include waking them up, preparing meals, driving them to and from school, helping with homework, taking them to their activities (like soccer, baseball, and basketball), doing their laundry, cooking for them, and helping maintain their routine.
