“We were looking for a caretaker for taking care of our 10 month old daughter for a month, before she started day care. Fortunately for us and our daughter, we ended up meeting Anna through urbansitter. Anna is extremely loving, sincere, hardworking and responsible. She quickly ramped up to our daughter's schedule, in a matter of 1-2 days. She was always on time, flexible when we needed her for a couple of extra hours during the end of the day. Within a matter of 1 week, she gained our complete trust. Her responsibilities included watching over our daughter, keeping her engaged, feeding her milk and solids, putting her for her day naps, laundry. Aside from these she would also proactively help us with some minor chores. She also keeps her environment very clean and organized. We also have a 2 year old dog who is extremely playful and loving. Anna was super friendly with our dog too. Overall, I would highly recommend her for families out there. The only reason we couldn't continue with her was because our daughter started day care.”

We are completely comfortable with her taking our children out each day for very engaging and thoughtful activities (library story times, park, school, swim class, the allergy clinic, etc) while looking out for their safety and security. “We have been fortunate to have Kelly help raise our daughters (3 years and 10 months old) for the past 2.5 years. During that time she has been a wonderful part of our family. Our daughters adore Kelly. She brings a fun, warm energy with enthusiasm daily. She reads and sings with our girls throughout the day in both English and Chinese. Every day, she takes our daughter outside on a walk or visit to the library. She is also great at mealtimes getting our kids to eat full meals. With our older daughter she would help with art projects. She is attentive and gentle with our 10 month old. She shows genuine affection and care for our girls and they clearly love her. Kelly is reliable - she shows up on time (typically early) ALWAYS and comes in ready to care for our daughters right away. We’ve needed her help for 10 hours each day, and she remains attentive to our kids all day. Kelly is conscientious - she always changes the baby’s diaper before handing her off to us. And she is dedicated - she worked overtime hours when we needed extra help when my wife went into labor with our second. We especially appreciate Kelly understands the importance of the big variables to solve for with young kids - full sleep and good meals - and she communicates regularly about their naps and appetite. Altogether, we’ve had a wonderful experience with Kelly. We would happily and readily recommend Kelly to another family.”
