One of the Bay Area's Top Rated Sitter/Caregiver and Driver with Amazing Reviews and Strong References..!! I'm passionate, proactive and creative about supporting each child's growth, learning, and happiness at every stage of their life. With hands on experience caring for infants, toddlers, preschoolers, school age kids, and teens, I create nurturing, engaging fun and safe environments that encourage self discovery and development through play, games, and Montessori activities. I'm understanding, organized, compassionate, patient, protective and very empathetic, striving to help children thrive. As someone who values conscious health, I promote safe, natural habits in daily life. I like working out, and I'm strong and fast, both physically and mentally, staying calm and quick to respond whenever a situation calls for it. New to Urban Sitter. I am a mom of 3 beautiful kids, 15, 20, 23. I have been a nanny for 9 years and was a stay at home mom for 14 years. I absolutely LOVE kids of all ages. I am also a huge animal lover. I have 3 cats, a dog and a bird. I love being silly, singing and cooking. Though I am not fluent in Spanish, I can definitely get by and know how to carry on a conversation. I’m very hard working and detail oriented. Cleaning and organizing are my specialties. I love taking kids out for adventures (park, library, music classes, the zoo, etc.) and would love to be able to create a fun environment. I have lots of experience working with children of all ages from newborns to teenagers. My one negative is that I’m HIGHLY allergic to everyone’s favorite scent….Lavender. I can’t smell it or touch it or my throat will close. Lavender plants outside are perfectly fine. I’m well versed in food allergies as I have celiac disease and follow a very strict gluten free diet. I also have knowledge with vegan and other dietary sensitivities/preferences. If you’re looking for a nanny that will make your home run smoothly, pick me!

Brandi is an exceptional nanny - highly experienced with all ages and incredibly energetic and warm. We were fortunate to have her as our full-time nanny and an integral part of our family for nearly 4 years. She cared for our older son from 4 months on and helped us set a regular napping/feeding schedule with him right off the bat. Over the years, she helped us transition to new nap schedules, new foods, new activities, and a new little brother. Brandi maintained a fun weekly schedule with both boys, taking them to library story times, MyGym, music classes, and coming up with myriad arts and crafts activities. We highly recommend Brandi - it’s such a relief to have an experienced caregiver you can trust!

Booked by 7 families in Stanford, CA

I’m a 26-year-old nanny with over two years of experience as an au pair and several years working with families throughout the Bay Area. I have experience caring for children of all ages, from newborns to school-aged kids and I’m currently getting certified as a postpartum doula. I studied law in Brazil and occasionally help my mom with her law firm, which has strengthened my organization, responsibility and communication skills. I’m fluent in Portuguese and English, speak basic Spanish and I used to play soccer in Brazil, which helps me bring fun, energy and active play into my caregiving. I’m caring, reliable, and dedicated to creating a safe, nurturing and engaging environment where children can thrive.

Dominick arrived on time, and my 7yo and 9yo boys had lots of fun with her! When my husband arrived home, they were flying paper airplanes together. We would love to have her back!

Hi! My name is Catia — I’m 25 years old and based in Palo Alto. I have several years of experience working with children from toddlers through elementary school, both in private homes and educational settings. "We absolutely LOVE Isa — our family was so fortunate to have found her through UrbanSitter. I'm a first-time mom, and it took me a long time to find a full-time nanny I could trust to care for our sweet infant boy. Our boy connected with her immediately, and we couldn't have asked for anyone else to care for him. Her calming presence was also perfect for parents like us who work from home. We feel so lucky UrbanSitter helped us find someone who has truly become a part of our family."

"I was so stressed about finding a part-time nanny for my 14-month-old son, who has moderate separation anxiety and hadn't been left with anyone but family before, but we were both immediately at ease in Buhay's presence. Her empathy and commitment to understanding child development are apparent in every interaction I've witnessed between her and my toddler. I feel very lucky to have found her."

"Erna watched our now 5 year old daughter and 3 year old son for a few years. She is punctual, responsible, honest, and playful. What we appreciated most was that she was thoughtful in ensuring that we had a little break; for example, when the kids were clingy, she was able to divert their attention with games or songs or walks to the park. We felt very comfortable leaving our kids with Erna because of her caring nature and experience that spans a decade (including being a live-in nanny)."
