I have volunteered with the local school district since I was in high school. I worked as a noon duty supervisor with Stockton unified School district for 4 years. I held my seat as Secretary and Treasurer for our California state P.T.A and P.T.O. During that time we also offered parenting classes through Practical Tools for Successful Parenting. Which was the largest graduating class of San Joaquin county. My experience in the healthcare field was mostly in home services. My patient was an elderly male with several care factors. I offered brain stimulating activities to help delay dementia progression. I maintained specialized care for bedridden patients to avoid further injuries. I am able to cook and clean upon requirement and individual needs.

Screen-free care is my specialty! I currently nanny PT for a wonderful family, but I am available all morning, evenings & some Saturdays. Before nannying, I was teaching at a top rated preschool. Hey there! My name is Julieanne professionally I am a MA, phlebotomist, Certified Home Health Aide and BT (behavioral therapist). I am offering childcare, senior care, pet care as well as household services. Personally, I am a mom of 5 boys. My oldest is 13 and my youngest is 7 months. I have been a stay at home mom off and on throughout their lives as two of my kids have special needs. Not only do I have personal experience with caring for children but I also have professional experience. I was an BT (behavioral therapist) for quite some time before having to commit my time and attention to my family for personal reasons. Professionally I have 5 years of experience caring for people with mental and physical disabilities. We did everything from community activities, dr appointments, meal prep, laundry to watching movies and playing board games. As for pets, pets have been a part of my life since I was young. I’ve cared for everything from hamsters, cats and dogs to snakes, turtles and bearded dragons. I’m an animal lover furry or scaley. I love being a mom and caring for kids/people comes naturally for me. I’ve done community outreach work with my previous church and grew up feeding the homeless. I would say that taking care of others runs in my blood. I believe in play based learning for little kids and I incorporate sensory activities into play time as well. In my downtime I spend my time with my family, going to movies and crafting (crochet and sewing). My name is Careen, and I'm 22 years old with a strong background in caregiving, with several years of experience in supporting & babysitting children (Toddler to school-aged children), caring for seniors and pets in both home and community settings. As the eldest daughter & first born child in my family, caregiving has always come naturally to me. Growing up, I took on the responsibility of caring for & helping in raising my younger siblings in any ways I could - helping with their daily routines, meals, schoolwork, providing emotional support and positively contributing to their overall well-being. I am beyond grateful for this early experience, as it has taught me how to be proactive, patient, safety skills, reliable, effective communication, and how to balance care with compassion. This has shaped who I am today & allowed me to discover my passion for studying clinical psychology, and child development. Over the years, I've also devoted time to caring for & babysitting my younger cousins, watching them grow from toddlers into confident teens. I've learned how to adapt my approach to fit each child's needs - keeping them engaged, safe, and supported at every stage. My favorite activities to do with children are reading to them, arts & crafts, building lego sets & building blocks, cooking, doing exercise/dance videos & going out on walks to the park, coloring books, & painting. I also have experience in tutoring all K-12 children with math, science, & technology/computer science. I've devoted time to caring for my grandparents, assisting with household tasks & chores, companionship, and ensuring their physical & emotional needs were met. Non-medical services I offer include cooking & preparing meals, driving, taking them to the store, running errands, and grocery pick-up & delivery. I truly enjoy providing senior care because I love building genuine connections, listening to their stories & learning all of the wisdom they have to offer from their personal life experiences. My goal is to make them feel safe, valued & cared for. In addition, I'm also an animal lover with hands-on experience caring for family pets (along with my own animals), including feeding, walking, grooming, and maintaining their daily routines. I've done both overnight stays, along with daily check-ins to the home to care for pets. I consider that animals are part of the family too, and my priority is making sure they feel safe, happy, and loved.
