Hi parents! My name is Lilly. I have 6 years of experience working at an elementary school after school program. 2 years of experience working as an instructional assistant for students with learning disabilities. With my after school job I have learned homework assistance, tinkering activities, outside creative play, and etc. I have had a class as low as kindergarten level and currently have upper grade. With my years of babysitting I have learned new skills and still so excited to implement what I have learned with new minds. With these experiences I am very patient, caring, responsible, and reliable. I have a heart of gold that I love to share with others. I hope you’d consider me. I always do my best to be the best babysitter there is! Thank you!!

Lilly is a wonderful babysitter!

*Fully-vaccinated* Currently ISO full-time nannying position for Summer 2026. Hi! My name is Alyssa. I have over 11 years of babysitting experience with children of all ages, including infants. I am a full-time MSW student at UCLA (graduating this Spring) and part-time yoga teacher at North Ray Yoga. Outside of work, I spend my time enjoying the company of friends, hiking, reading novels, dancing, and playing instruments. I am very outgoing and energetic, and really enjoy engaging kids in music, outdoor activities, and reading. During my first year field placement for my MSW degree, I spent 500 hours at an elementary school providing 1:1 therapy and group social-emotional development sessions. In the past, I have volunteered in an early intervention center for children with ASD and other developmental differences. I am bilingual (English and Spanish), and very comfortable around pets. My goal as a nanny is to provide care that is fun, educational, and compassionate. I am committed to providing the same level of care to every family I work with regardless of race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender, or family structure. P.S. you may notice that my video on here is a bit outdated but I haven’t updated it because I think the content still rings true! I filmed it back in 2021 ☺️.

Alyssa is great. She worked with my family for a couple of months, 5 days a week, our morning routine before going to school with a 5 month old and 4 year old. She was great with both kids (e.g., good about doing tummy time with my infant, and playing or doing arts and crafts with my daughter), and had very good attention to detail prepping for our day (e.g., knowing all the details about meal prep, proactive about restocking diapers and taking care of all of the kids' things). She even made a checklist to make our transition to a new caregiver smooth as she was moving. The only reason she stopped working with us was that she was moving to the east coast for school / life transition. Any family would be lucky to have her.

Hi! I recently moved back to Los Angeles from Texas and am looking to connect with some wonderful families! I’ve been nannying for the past 7 years and have experience caring for kids of all ages. I’m kind, easy-going, creative, and love keeping kids engaged—whether that’s playing outside, going for walks, helping with homework, or coming up with fun crafts and activities. I’m currently looking for part-time and occasional babysitting opportunities, including date nights and weekend help. My schedule is pretty flexible while I’m still in school and growing my career in the creative arts, so I’m happy to work around different schedules and needs. Looking forward to meeting you and your family 🌹

Super kind and patient with my 8 months old

I keep my calendar updated! Quick facts! I live in Mid City but always glad to commute if needed. Allergic to cats, but if I take a claritin before I'm fine, just please let me know if you have them so I can prepare! It makes a huge difference for me. :') Joined Urban Sitter in college and built very long relationships. I work a 9-5 but have flexibility working remotely! Experience: I've been on Urban Sitter for almost 10 years. 😱 Additionally, I have three nephews that are now aged 8, 6 and 10 months. Been a part of every (brick by brick) step for all three of them, and it's been a joy. I really enjoy watching kids grow, especially at 4-6 months when they start getting smiley and laugh-y. Lots of infant and tollder experience...bathing, feeding (formula, frozen breastmilk, solids) naps, bedtime, diapers... When it comes to rules/discipline, I'll honor your requests (screen time, homework, activities, etc). Hopefully needless to say am not physical... when it comes to discipline I'll usually go for avoiding any stressful triggers, distracting, talking through feelings, etc. More about me... in my free time I like to watch movies, read, and practice piano! Currently in a data career pivot where I’m working pretty hard on my laptop during the week, with the benefits of being flexible and remote, and I've really been enjoying it.

Vanessa’s skill with kids is unmatched - she made an instant connection with my 4yo daughter when they met for the first time on a trip we took to Mexico City. Her patience, tenderness and creativity was a marvel to witness, and she gracefully supported my little one’s occasional meltdowns. My daughter is so excited for the next time she gets to play with auntie Vanessa!

"We absolutely LOVE Isa — our family was so fortunate to have found her through UrbanSitter. I'm a first-time mom, and it took me a long time to find a full-time nanny I could trust to care for our sweet infant boy. Our boy connected with her immediately, and we couldn't have asked for anyone else to care for him. Her calming presence was also perfect for parents like us who work from home. We feel so lucky UrbanSitter helped us find someone who has truly become a part of our family."

"I was so stressed about finding a part-time nanny for my 14-month-old son, who has moderate separation anxiety and hadn't been left with anyone but family before, but we were both immediately at ease in Buhay's presence. Her empathy and commitment to understanding child development are apparent in every interaction I've witnessed between her and my toddler. I feel very lucky to have found her."

"Erna watched our now 5 year old daughter and 3 year old son for a few years. She is punctual, responsible, honest, and playful. What we appreciated most was that she was thoughtful in ensuring that we had a little break; for example, when the kids were clingy, she was able to divert their attention with games or songs or walks to the park. We felt very comfortable leaving our kids with Erna because of her caring nature and experience that spans a decade (including being a live-in nanny)."
