I am offering child care services and I can also support with running errands and light house cleaning. I love being a babysitter and have watched infants, toddlers, and kids for about three years now. Hi! My name is Ruby, and I am a college student at CSUN! I have experience with large and small groups of children ages 2-15 years old. My most recent experience was working as a part time nanny with a family of two children aged 7 and 10. Our time consisted of after school care doing activities, preparing meals and getting the kids ready for bedtime. I also previously worked at the Girl Scouts of the Greater Los Angeles Area Day Camp as a Camp Counselor where I led groups of up to 20 kids to participate in activities! I am Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED certified and have experience with first aid and allergy care. More about me! I am a political science major but was previously an Art Major and am still very artistically inclined. I love arts and crafts of all kind and am skilled in painting, drawing, clay and collage making. Some interests of mine include cooking/baking, photography, and film watching! I have worked with young children during my teaching practice and also when I had a tutoring program back home offering help with homework to all age groups in the foundation phase. I have experience with infants, from when I was still home along with when I arrived in the US. I love kids and working with them. I was coaching athletics, tennis, netball and cricket for the past three years, while I was studying. I believe that working with children for me is a calling and not just passion. I love sports and anything to do with fitness, even went to England to represent my country 5 years ago.
