I have 7 years of baby sitting experience from ages 0-11 years old. As a requirement of my credential I am also CPR certified. I am also on the CA trustline caregiver registry. Paula $32 per hour for 1 child

Hi! My name is Paula, and I’m a psychologist in my home country and a bilingual (English/Spanish) caregiver with over 8 years of experience supporting families here in Los Angeles. I have cared for newborns, babies, infants, toddlers, and older children, and I truly love helping little ones learn, grow, and thrive in a safe, loving, and nurturing environment. As a mother, I combine my professional background with real-life parenting experience to provide attentive, individualized care. I enjoy supporting children’s development through tummy time, sensory play, language stimulation, reading, outdoor activities, creative play, introducing solids, and maintaining healthy feeding, sleep, and daily routines. I have American Heart Association Pediatric CPR & First Aid training, a reliable car, a clean California driver’s license, and excellent references, which I’d be happy to share. Families describe me as calm, dependable, patient, and deeply committed. I believe in building trusting relationships with both parents and children while respecting each family’s routines and parenting style. Thank you for taking the time to read my profile. I would love the opportunity to support your family and care for your little one!

Hi there! My name is Madison and I've been working with kids since I was 13! Apart from helping raise my own two siblings, I managed an entire Youth Theater Department when I was 16y old. Since studying Theater, Film, & TV at UCLA, I've been teaching/mentoring/looking after children between the ages of 6 weeks-17y old. My primary business is being an Acting coach to kiddos who're looking to pursue a career in the arts, but I have a lot of experience with newborns, formally CPR trained, and tutor in various subjects. Can't wait to meet you! xo Madison

$26 per hour for 1 child
Booked by 4 families in Venice, CA

Hi my name is Celeste and I received my bachelors in Elementary and Special Education at Grand Canyon University. I’m fully bilingual and I’m really passionate about making an impact on children and helping them grow. I have many years of childcare experience, including four years in elementary school settings. My specialized skills are in special education, caregiving infant, toddlers, and elementary school children and specialized tutoring in Spanish, but have worked with all ages. I’m allergic to cats, but would be ecstatic to work with families with dogs and willing to cook, clean and run errands.

Celeste did a great job when I needed a last-minute sitter for my eight-year-old. I’m always very reluctant to hire last-minute sitters, but she made us feel right at ease from the beginning. She was attentive, and my son really liked her. She’s also an awesome person. My sisters and I really enjoyed talking to her while we were getting ready for our night out!

"We absolutely LOVE Isa — our family was so fortunate to have found her through UrbanSitter. I'm a first-time mom, and it took me a long time to find a full-time nanny I could trust to care for our sweet infant boy. Our boy connected with her immediately, and we couldn't have asked for anyone else to care for him. Her calming presence was also perfect for parents like us who work from home. We feel so lucky UrbanSitter helped us find someone who has truly become a part of our family."

"I was so stressed about finding a part-time nanny for my 14-month-old son, who has moderate separation anxiety and hadn't been left with anyone but family before, but we were both immediately at ease in Buhay's presence. Her empathy and commitment to understanding child development are apparent in every interaction I've witnessed between her and my toddler. I feel very lucky to have found her."

"Erna watched our now 5 year old daughter and 3 year old son for a few years. She is punctual, responsible, honest, and playful. What we appreciated most was that she was thoughtful in ensuring that we had a little break; for example, when the kids were clingy, she was able to divert their attention with games or songs or walks to the park. We felt very comfortable leaving our kids with Erna because of her caring nature and experience that spans a decade (including being a live-in nanny)."
