My extensive experience includes working as an infant and toddler caregiver, many years teaching preschool, pre-k and kindergarten, as well as 12 years as a preschool director and school principal. I have also taught older children, up through 10th grade in religious education. My diverse career experience also includes many successful years in hotel management, where my organizational and leadership skills ensured my professional success. I have been animal lover since I was a young child and typically have had two to three dogs and cats at a time. Hello, My name is Emilie, I'm from Colorado and 34 years old, I used to work at a preschool, babysat and helped my aunt in her 1st and 2nd grade classroom growing up. I used to swim competitively and ski raced when growing up love sports and the mountains. I have a huge Italian family but most still live in grand junction but myself and parents moved to Denver. I love to cook, and am pretty organic clean eater, my mom always said eat the rainbow; and tend to go more holistic herbs when in my own life, but will follow instructions to the letter for your children. I have returned to University and can not work full time at the moment, I used to run departments , grand opened hotels and restaurants but have been in food and beverage mostly in the last 10 years.
