Hi, my name is Anabel! I attend the University of Colorado, Boulder and am studying Molecular, Cellular, and Developmental Biology on a pre-medicine track. It is my dream to become a pediatric oncologist or a pediatrician! I am offering child care, senior care, and pet care. I am passionate about working with children and have seven years of experience babysitting children of all ages—from newborns and infants to teenagers. I also have experience with watching up to 6 kids at a time and have been a nanny for twins and a 6 month old for two summers. In addition, I work as a Therapy Assistant at Children’s Hospital Colorado where I collaborate closely with therapists, patients, and families to ensure each child is well-supported. In my time not spent at school or Children’s Hospital, I work at Denver Health Hospital where I am a Certified Nurse Assistant. I have also been a gymnastics instructor at Goodson Recreation Center for 4 years. In these roles, I’ve gained experience that allows me to provide the highest level of care possible for your children. I have been a caretaker for my own great grandparents and am comfortable with senior care. I love to play card games and can assist with any activities of daily living such as cooking, cleaning, grocery shopping, laundry, etc. I am a hold my certification as a Nursing Assistant and I work the night shift at Denver Health Hospital. I am First Aid & CPR certified and have been certified by the American Heart Association for my Basic Life Support (BLS) training. When I’m not babysitting, coaching gymnastics, working as a therapy assistant, or working as a CNA, I am a Youth Advisor on the Youth Council on Mental Health at Children’s Hospital Colorado. This position has given me the opportunity to work alongside members of Congress and Government Affairs to propose legislation that supports youth mental health. This position has allowed me to advocate for youth and underrepresented communities across Colorado. If you believe my experience and approach might be a good fit for your family’s needs, please feel free to reach out! I would be happy to provide references and/or meet your family ahead of time so you can feel confident in who will be caring for your loved one/ones. I understand how important it is to have someone you trust care for your family, and I am committed to ensuring that you feel completely comfortable with my services. I look forward to connecting with you :)

I have a substitute teaching certificate through the state of Colorado and occasionally substitute teach at Boulder Valley School District. I am CPR certified through the American Heart Association.

Jordan handled six kids and two dogs like an absolute pro! She jumped right in and started dinner for the kids so we could finish getting ready. When we got home not only was everyone fed and ready for bed, but the house was tidy and clean. The kids had a great time and we look forward to booking her again!

Michelle $23 per hour for 1 child

Hey there! My name is Michelle, but most people call me "Flower." I am a super fun and outgoing girl, with over 18 years of experience in childcare! I've worked with all ages, and have ranged from a "date night" sitter to a full-time nanny before! I love getting creative with the kiddos, I think a child's imagination paired with mine, makes for a really fun and exciting new game! And if it's not play time, I'm also very on top of making sure that school work is done, kids are in bed on time, and all chores are done. I also used to work at a retirement home for my first job, and love hanging out with seniors! They have so much wisdom to learn from and it is something I truly enjoy. There's no hiding that I am a total animal lover of all kinds! It has been filling my cup lately to watch / take care of dogs specifically because we recently lost our beautiful dog, Alice. Animal cuddles are so healing! I also used to have a bearded dragon so I am familiar with taking care of reptiles as well. I hope that I am the right match to help you with your care needs! Feel free to ask me any questions. Thanks!

"We absolutely LOVE Isa — our family was so fortunate to have found her through UrbanSitter. I'm a first-time mom, and it took me a long time to find a full-time nanny I could trust to care for our sweet infant boy. Our boy connected with her immediately, and we couldn't have asked for anyone else to care for him. Her calming presence was also perfect for parents like us who work from home. We feel so lucky UrbanSitter helped us find someone who has truly become a part of our family."

"I was so stressed about finding a part-time nanny for my 14-month-old son, who has moderate separation anxiety and hadn't been left with anyone but family before, but we were both immediately at ease in Buhay's presence. Her empathy and commitment to understanding child development are apparent in every interaction I've witnessed between her and my toddler. I feel very lucky to have found her."

"Erna watched our now 5 year old daughter and 3 year old son for a few years. She is punctual, responsible, honest, and playful. What we appreciated most was that she was thoughtful in ensuring that we had a little break; for example, when the kids were clingy, she was able to divert their attention with games or songs or walks to the park. We felt very comfortable leaving our kids with Erna because of her caring nature and experience that spans a decade (including being a live-in nanny)."
