$30 per hour for 1 child
Booked by 1 family in Fraser, CO

Hi! My name is Mike, and I have lots of experience with organizing (I worked inventory and visual merchandising at Apple for 10+ years), cleaning/housekeeping (I was a custodian in college while earning my bachelor's degree), and animal care (I have 2 dogs and a cat and grew up around farm animals on my grandparents dairy farm in Ohio). I am reliable, trustworthy, and can work independently. I also have a master's degree in teaching and work full time for a non-profit in Boulder. I live in the mountains near Golden Gate Canyon State Park with my wife, our two rescue dogs, and our 20 year old kitty.

Mike is dependable, kind, a great communicator, and truly interested in how to care for my two dogs. I really appreciated how he only used positive reinforcement methods in his interactions with Lu and Roo. My two girls really loved him!

Booked by 1 family in Fraser, CO

Hi, my name is Anabel! I attend the University of Colorado, Boulder and am studying Molecular, Cellular, and Developmental Biology on a pre-medicine track. It is my dream to become a pediatric oncologist or a pediatrician! I am offering child care, senior care, and pet care. I am passionate about working with children and have six years of experience babysitting children of all ages—from newborns and infants to teenagers. I also have experience with watching up to 6 kids at a time and have been a nanny for twins and a 6 month old for two summers. In addition, I work as a Therapy Assistant at Children’s Hospital Colorado where I collaborate closely with therapists, patients, and families to ensure each child is well-supported. In my time not spent at school or Children’s Hospital, I work at Denver Health Hospital where I am a Certified Nurse Assistant. I have also been a gymnastics instructor at Goodson Recreation Center for 4 years. In these roles, I’ve gained experience that allows me to provide the highest level of care possible for your children. I have been a caretaker for my own great grandparents and am comfortable with senior care. I love to play card games and can assist with any activities of daily living such as cooking, cleaning, grocery shopping, laundry, etc. I am a hold my certification as a Nursing Assistant and I work the night shift at Denver Health Hospital. I am First Aid & CPR certified and have been certified by the American Heart Association for my Basic Life Support (BLS) training. When I’m not babysitting, coaching gymnastics, working as a therapy assistant, or working as a CNA, I am a Youth Advisor on the Youth Council on Mental Health at Children’s Hospital Colorado. This position has given me the opportunity to work alongside members of Congress and Government Affairs to propose legislation that supports youth mental health. This position has allowed me to advocate for youth and underrepresented communities across Colorado. If you believe my experience and approach might be a good fit for your family’s needs, please feel free to reach out! I would be happy to provide references and/or meet your family ahead of time so you can feel confident in who will be caring for your loved one/ones. I understand how important it is to have someone you trust care for your family, and I am committed to ensuring that you feel completely comfortable with my services. I look forward to connecting with you :)

$23 per hour for 1 child
Booked by 10 families in Fraser, CO

Hi my name is Rachel. I am currently in the Masters of Social Work program at the University of Denver where I focus on child wellbeing and development. Prior to this I worked as an accountant for four years at tech companies, which strengthened my reliability, organization, and communication skills. I have been babysitting since I was thirteen years old and have cared for children regularly throughout the years. I currently work with multiple families on an ongoing basis. I have experience with children from four months old to fifteen years old and feel comfortable adapting to each child’s needs and routines. My responsibilities typically include ensuring safety at all times, preparing meals, giving baths, helping with bedtime routines, engaging children in play and outdoor activities, taking them to the park or beach, assisting with homework, and driving as needed. I am patient, attentive, and genuinely love supporting kids as they learn and grow. I look forward to meeting your family and providing dependable and caring support whenever you need it.

Our daughter loved Rachel and keeps asking us if she can come back. She is reliable and trustworthy to take care of children.

"We absolutely LOVE Isa — our family was so fortunate to have found her through UrbanSitter. I'm a first-time mom, and it took me a long time to find a full-time nanny I could trust to care for our sweet infant boy. Our boy connected with her immediately, and we couldn't have asked for anyone else to care for him. Her calming presence was also perfect for parents like us who work from home. We feel so lucky UrbanSitter helped us find someone who has truly become a part of our family."

"I was so stressed about finding a part-time nanny for my 14-month-old son, who has moderate separation anxiety and hadn't been left with anyone but family before, but we were both immediately at ease in Buhay's presence. Her empathy and commitment to understanding child development are apparent in every interaction I've witnessed between her and my toddler. I feel very lucky to have found her."

"Erna watched our now 5 year old daughter and 3 year old son for a few years. She is punctual, responsible, honest, and playful. What we appreciated most was that she was thoughtful in ensuring that we had a little break; for example, when the kids were clingy, she was able to divert their attention with games or songs or walks to the park. We felt very comfortable leaving our kids with Erna because of her caring nature and experience that spans a decade (including being a live-in nanny)."
