I love to guide children’s passions and curiosities. It is so rewarding developing their identity and their independence along side them. I am an extroverted song and dance type, which children find fascinating. I love to get them out of their shells. It creates trust to express yourself openly and helps build a secure attachment In my previous classrooms, Ive gladly practiced Positive Discipline. Which involves understanding and support, never shaming or humiliating. As well as treating children with respect and acknowledging their feelings/ perspectives. If caregivers foster a respectful environment, it models healthy communication. It teaches children to express themselves constructively. I have passionately and extensively learned hands on to be an Early Childhood Ed Teacher. I hold a pysch degree in Human Development with an emphasis in Early Childhood Education.
