Hi there! My name is Allie. I grew up in the Littleton area and moved to Montana in 2020 to attend Montana State University (Go Bobcats!). I graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science in Human Development and Family Science and recently moved back to Colorado to continue my education at the University of Colorado Denver, where I’m working toward becoming a Licensed Professional Counselor. Caring for others has always been a big part of who I am. I started babysitting for neighborhood families at a young age and continued throughout high school and college. I also worked as a teacher assistant at Espree Learning Center and Little Tree Learning Center, where I cared for children ages 2–10. Those roles taught me patience, responsibility, and the importance of balancing safety with fun. Along with childcare, I’ve spent the past five years dog sitting and house sitting for multiple families. I grew up around dogs and absolutely cherish my time with animals, they bring so much joy and comfort. I also enjoy helping with senior care, bringing compassion, attentiveness, and a warm presence to those who need extra support. Some of my past experiences also include being a lifeguard, which gave me strong skills in awareness and emergency response, and working at Bozeman Health Deaconess Hospital in Psychiatric Emergency Services, where I strengthened my empathy, emotional regulation, and crisis management skills. I’m CPR certified and trained in AEGIS safety techniques. Outside of work, I love staying active. Skiing and running are my go to activities. I’m also a creative person who enjoys painting, writing, photography, and even a good board game (chess and backgammon are my favorites!). Hello my name is Felicia what can i say but i have a great love for children. Any and all children!! I started mostly taking care of them during a Mops Program at my church!! I then moved on to a nanny position since i really enjoyed it at the church. Then i just kept loving it more and more. And i wanted to participate in the childrens life and to teach them things. I also love babysitting. I have babysat all ages from Two months-15 years. I have been nannying now for three years, I have babysat since I was 13 years old. I’ve always had a passion for working with kids. I’ve been a camp counselor since I was 15 and after two years, got a promotion to lead camp counselor. Working as a camp counselor, I’m used to long weeks and enjoy them. When working with kids and never feels like a job because I love doing it so much, I love to do crafts and activities with the kids. I believe the kids should be doing hands on activities, I definitely don’t like TVs and stuff when I’m there. I think it’s very developmentally important for the kids to have time away from electronics and connect. I definitely try to be outside with the kids a lot. I usually work with infants and toddlers the most when babysitting a nannying, but still love the older ages.
