Hi, I am 18 years old. I have my high school diploma. I’m currently nannying for a family Monday, Wednesday, Thursday from 8:30 AM to 2:30 PM. I would love to have another nanny family. I also love babysitting. I have babysat all ages from Two months-15 years. I have been nannying now for three years, I have babysat since I was 13 years old. I’ve always had a passion for working with kids. I’ve been a camp counselor since I was 15 and after two years, got a promotion to lead camp counselor. Working as a camp counselor, I’m used to long weeks and enjoy them. When working with kids and never feels like a job because I love doing it so much, I love to do crafts and activities with the kids. I believe the kids should be doing hands on activities, I definitely don’t like TVs and stuff when I’m there. I think it’s very developmentally important for the kids to have time away from electronics and connect. I definitely try to be outside with the kids a lot. I think fresh air and the ability for them to use. Their imaginations is incredible. I love teaching Baby sign language to the littler ones. In high school I did Golf, Sofftball, Flag Football,shotput, discus,volleyball. I’ve taken a child development class. I love learning about kids and their developmental ages. I usually work with infants and toddlers the most when babysitting a nannying, but still love the older ages.
