My family moved to the U.S. in 1996, and I speak Russian, know American Sign Language, and of course, English. I’m the oldest of five siblings and spent much of my childhood and teenage years helping care for them. Over the years, I’ve also become the trusted go-to for friends and extended family in need of a reliable, caring sitter. I genuinely enjoy connecting with kids and especially love the challenge of winning over shy ones—I usually do! Friends and family often describe me as loving, affectionate, playful, and young at heart. I’m also an animal lover with two small senior dogs. I’ve cared for cats, birds, and a variety of pets, and I’m comfortable looking after animals of all kinds. Outside of childcare, I’m passionate about holistic health and photography, and I’m a devout Christian. Hii :) Im Jaiden, I’m 18 and use she/her pronouns; I’ve been babysitting for my family and family friends since I was 14. I’ve babysat kid ages 4-16 for up to 8 hours on my own, I can cook basic meals and am happy to do basic chores and work with animals. I am generally willing to work with 2 kids at a time but depending on their age I may work with 3, and I will only work with kid and pets who are fully potty trained. I truly love working with kids, it’s always such a fun creative environment. I plan on becoming a children’s librarian when I’m older, and it would be such a privilege to work with kids while I work towards my goal.
