Hello, My name is Emilie, I'm from Colorado and 34 years old, I used to work at a preschool, babysat and helped my aunt in her 1st and 2nd grade classroom growing up. I used to swim competitively and ski raced when growing up love sports and the mountains. I have a huge Italian family but most still live in grand junction but myself and parents moved to Denver. I have returned to University and can not work full time at the moment, I used to run departments , grand opened hotels and restaurants but have been in food and beverage mostly in the last 10 years. So food safety, training, understanding operation standards, organizing/zoning are all my jam :)
