I have a 3 months old baby boy , I loved work with kids , I started working in after school pre -k program at Burns Latino Studies Academy , were I was on charge of 15 students I work there for 2 years them after I move to work with behavior kids for Two Rivers Magnet Middle School I’m currently working in a daycare and also as a medical assistant in a urgent care I’m CPR certified and I speak English and Spanish. The reason why I will like to babysit is because I want to spend more time with my son and be able to provide care for a small group of kids.

Let me start by telling you a little bit about myself, I love children, I am responsible, educated and very affectionate. I am graduated from University in Economics, when I was in college I worked as a babysitter in the afternoons and additionally I have a 9 year old brother with whom I have learned a lot about children. I am recursive and creative but maintaining an appropriate level of discipline for the development of the child. I have a flexible schedule and I am very punctual. Hello! My name is Kennedy! I am 25 years old and am an elder sister to four younger siblings. I have helped in caring for each of them since I was 12 years old. This has included picking and dropping them off at school, preparing meals, bathing, preparing for bedtime, playing board games, and other fun activities! Outside of my personal experience, I have volunteered for childcare at different organizations in my community as well. I am a recent college graduate with a degree in Psychology and Behavioral Health Studies, and I have experience in studying adolescence and childhood development alongside my hands-on experience. I have additionally worked with young children with cognitive disorders during my senior year internship. I love working with kids and getting to play again as an adult! I spent 2-3 years working as a certified behavioral technician with children who have autism and special needs, including nonverbal kids and children with challenging behaviors. That experience taught me deep patience, consistency, and how to connect with kids who communicate differently. I recently graduated from Worcester Polytechnic Institute with a degree in Computer Science and am in my gap year, which means I have a flexible schedule and a lot of availability. I've also babysat my younger cousins throughout my life and am comfortable with everything from diapering and feeding infants to homework help and activities with older kids. I have my own car and am happy to drive. I'm also a cat owner and comfortable with pets.
