Hi, My name is Keketso, popularly known as Keke (pronounced keh-keh, not Kiki). I did my undergraduate degree at the University of Cape Town in South Africa and majored in Politics, Economic s and Philosophy. I had a successful and promising career in the marketing field working for multinationals such as L'Oreal and VISA, before coming to pursue my acting passion in New York. I also have a diploma in Acting for Film, Theatre and Television from Michael Howard Studios (2015), as well as a Digital and Social Media certification from Columbia Business School (2019). My experience in babysitting/ being a nanny has been with with both family members and with private jobs. I have also had the privilege of occasionally being a nanny for one of my friend's aunts in New York. My experience with kids has been with toddlers all the way up to teens, although I do have vast experience with babies, having 3 nieces who I have had to assist my sister with in times of need and also being a grand aunt. I have done babysitting for a family in Brooklyn part-time, looking after their 9-year old daughter and my responsibilities included: - picking her up from school in the afternoons - taking her to playdates or supervising her playdates - assisting her with homework - ensuring she had her afternoon meals - doing educational reading with her I have been a stay-in nanny for a family in Peoria, Illinois for 2 years looking after twin boys. They were pre- teens going into their teenage years. I have also looked after a baby boy for a family in Kissimmee, Florida from one month up to 6 months while his Mom was overcoming post natal complications. I assisted the family with bathing, feeding and taking care of the baby on a daily basis. I have a passion for kids because I love to see them grow, develop and thrive. I enjoy seeing their development, curiosity and their zest for life and contributing positively to the people they are growing into. NOTE: my video profile is outdated but still gives correct information. My profile picture is current :-)

Keke was a total gem! She engaged with the kids, asked us when they wanted to do something we hadn't instructed, played and cuddled and read, and put everyone to bed as instructed. Our kids loved her! And she cleaned a lot, too, way more than our sitters back home. We loved her and highly recommend her! Thanks, Keke!

"We absolutely LOVE Isa — our family was so fortunate to have found her through UrbanSitter. I'm a first-time mom, and it took me a long time to find a full-time nanny I could trust to care for our sweet infant boy. Our boy connected with her immediately, and we couldn't have asked for anyone else to care for him. Her calming presence was also perfect for parents like us who work from home. We feel so lucky UrbanSitter helped us find someone who has truly become a part of our family."

"I was so stressed about finding a part-time nanny for my 14-month-old son, who has moderate separation anxiety and hadn't been left with anyone but family before, but we were both immediately at ease in Buhay's presence. Her empathy and commitment to understanding child development are apparent in every interaction I've witnessed between her and my toddler. I feel very lucky to have found her."

"Erna watched our now 5 year old daughter and 3 year old son for a few years. She is punctual, responsible, honest, and playful. What we appreciated most was that she was thoughtful in ensuring that we had a little break; for example, when the kids were clingy, she was able to divert their attention with games or songs or walks to the park. We felt very comfortable leaving our kids with Erna because of her caring nature and experience that spans a decade (including being a live-in nanny)."
