Hey Y’all, I’m Miracle! I hope this finds you well! I offer childcare, pet care (small & tiny dogs/cats) and light housekeeping. I’m currently a Teacher Assistant & have been in the Childcare field going on almost 10 years now. I’ve never worked with infants except for family, but I’ve cared for children 2-years-old to 5/6 years old. I do work during the week from 8:30am - 5:30pm & I’m off on Wednesday’s this Summer. So if you need help just on Wednesday’s, be sure to reach out! I will say because of my time, weekends and nights are the most ideal. I also attend church on Sunday’s so if you don’t mind your little ones going with me, I would love to take them along! But I know that’s asking a lot so after church would be fine. I want to expand my experience and continue growing in the childcare field, so if you could help contribute to that it would mean a lot to me and I would love to take care of your babies. Even I’m not a good fit, please still reach out and let me know. I don’t do well with dogs unless they are permanently tiny/actually small but I do pretty fine with cats 🩵🩶

My oldest daughter said it best when she told me Miracle was “great “! She was quick to establish communication with me and the kids before the job began to put everyone at ease. She stayed in touch with us for the three day booking and was dependable and professional. My kids were initially nervous to be with someone new, but Miracle had a really good connection with them. I would not hesitate to book her again!

Hi! My name is Summer, and I'm a dedicated professional nanny with over 10+ years of experience caring for children from infancy through school age. I'm also a proud mom to a 15-year-old daughter and a 5-year-old son. When my son was in preschool , I also worked as a substitute one day a week, further deepening my passion for early childhood education. I'm currently seeking a loving family to grow with-one where I can build a lasting, trusting relationship and contribute to a nurturing, enriching environment for their children. I offer much more than childcare: I support families by handling meal prep, children's laundry, light housekeeping, pick-ups and drop-offs, and any day-to-day kid-related tasks. I especially enjoy planning fun adventures and outings that keep little ones engaged, active, and happy. Summer has been a wonderful sitter for our family over the years as we’ve expanded from one child to three. She’s always punctual, responsible, and fun during her time with them. She’s been a great resource to us for occasional, recurring, and overnight care. Thanks Summer!

Windsor Mill
$30 per hour for 1 child
Booked by 5 families in Washington, DC

Hey families!!, I’m 26 years old. I have 3 years of professional childcare experience and over 5 years of caring for children overall. I’m fully certified for infant/toddler and preschool care and I’m CPR certified. I’m currently taking a break from working in daycare trying to focus on my collage career but I still truly love caring for children and would love to support a family more personally as a nanny. I’m an artist and I previously ran my own children’s painting business called Juice Box and Paint, where I hosted fun sip-and-paint style activities for kids ages 2–13. I’m very patient, and naturally great with kids. I also love nature and gardening, and enjoy getting kids outside to explore and learn. I drive, cook, clean, can do hair, and I’m very comfortable with pets (I have a dog myself). I’m currently fully available and open to being a live-in nanny, travel nanny, or in-home nanny. I really enjoy creating a warm, safe, and loving environment where children can learn, feel supported, and just be themselves! Thanks for reading ❤️

"We absolutely LOVE Isa — our family was so fortunate to have found her through UrbanSitter. I'm a first-time mom, and it took me a long time to find a full-time nanny I could trust to care for our sweet infant boy. Our boy connected with her immediately, and we couldn't have asked for anyone else to care for him. Her calming presence was also perfect for parents like us who work from home. We feel so lucky UrbanSitter helped us find someone who has truly become a part of our family."

"I was so stressed about finding a part-time nanny for my 14-month-old son, who has moderate separation anxiety and hadn't been left with anyone but family before, but we were both immediately at ease in Buhay's presence. Her empathy and commitment to understanding child development are apparent in every interaction I've witnessed between her and my toddler. I feel very lucky to have found her."

"Erna watched our now 5 year old daughter and 3 year old son for a few years. She is punctual, responsible, honest, and playful. What we appreciated most was that she was thoughtful in ensuring that we had a little break; for example, when the kids were clingy, she was able to divert their attention with games or songs or walks to the park. We felt very comfortable leaving our kids with Erna because of her caring nature and experience that spans a decade (including being a live-in nanny)."
