I left teaching to join the American Red in New York as the Assistant Director of Blood Services. I am the mother of two happy, healthy and highly successful sons. As the years passed, I volunteered as a after school tutor, taught Sunday school and supported many families with child care. I have great passion for supporting families in being successful raising this precious new generation. I enjoy the opportunity to nurture infants as they grow and change each day. Most babies appreciate a little rocking and a soft, sweet song. Toddlers to preschoolers bring me laughter. Their energy and openness to imagination games, a walk to count puppies, a trip to discover new books at the library or having a dance party. School age children have already well defined interests. If they enjoy piano, I make a great audience or if they have an interest in basketball, we'll be at the hoop or if they prefer baking, I'll help them discover new recipes.
