Hi, my name is Anissa currently a part time student & 2 year old teacher. I am offering child care & pet care! I’ve been working with infants & toddlers for 3 years also been a babysitter for about 1 year. My responsibility as a child care provider is to be a role model, to care, supervise & have fun with your child. As for pet care I’m comfortable with any animals happy to help anyone in need of assistance.

I have formal hands-on experience working with young children as a Student teacher at the Little Lions Preschool early childhood elective program, where I assisted teachers with daily routines, supervised activities, and kept the space organized and safe. I’ve also spent multiple summers volunteering for Vacation Bible School leading group activities. My personal babysitting experience comes from my young cousins, ranging from infants to middle schoolers.

I am a sensitive, compassionate person with a quiet inner strength, strong attention to detail and a deep sense of integrity. I was a nanny for a prominent family in Southern California in my younger years, co-raised my own two boys, was a massage therapist for over a decade, a certified yoga instructor... and also spent several years house and pet sitting and helping out with families, retreat properties and vacation rentals. I attended different colleges in my younger years taking courses in child development and health & wellness. I spent the last year with my elderly mom after my dad’s passing… providing comfort and companionship and helping her with downsizing and moving... as well as with yard work and tasks around the house. My dad was a great teacher and I got many of my “handy around the house” talents from him. I also have a keen eye for organization and have a kind of... simple elegance on a budget type of mindset. The eight years prior… I was in a domestic partnership where I managed all things hearth & home including three long distance relocations… fully furnishing & decorating each home… and caring for two special needs doggies. I am an avid self study enthusiast with interests in alternative health, wellness and nutrition, psychology, interpersonal skills and neurodivergent studies among others… and I live a largely organic/natural lifestyle. I have recently moved back into my domestic partnership role in central Florida… and I am seeking part time / temporary work for now.
