Booked by 1 family in Tampa, FL

Hi - My name is Lexi, I moved to NYC from Wisconsin after college, and I am currently working part time for a family with 3 boys. I have ten years of childcare experience working with children, from infants to preteens. I am currently offering occasional child and animal care. My responsibilities have included preparing meals, school pick-ups / drop-offs, sports, crafts and lots of games! People describe me as warm, sweet, calm, and hard working. I love animals and am always willing to work with families who have them. I am happy to help out with any household tasks and can also run errands if needed.

Lexi was wonderful with my three boys, aged six, twelve and fourteen, and was comfortable in a multi-child, energetic household. She was punctual, friendly and engaging from the minute she arrived, and my boys enjoyed playing board games, soccer, and a baking project with her. She even helped me tidy up the living room and did the dishes. I highly recommend her as an experienced, positive energy babysitter. My six year old, who is often shy with new sitters, felt really comfortable with her so I was able to enjoy my evening knowing all three boys were in good hands.

Hi! I’m a reliable, patient, and energetic caregiver with several years of experience as both a nanny and house manager. I’ve cared for children of different ages, helping with school pick-ups, homework, meal prep, bedtime routines, transportation to activities, and creating fun, engaging days. Along with childcare, I’m experienced in household management, including grocery shopping, laundry, organizing, light housekeeping, and keeping busy family schedules running smoothly. I genuinely love building strong relationships with children and creating a safe, positive environment where they can learn, grow, and have fun. Families describe me as dependable, organized, compassionate, and someone who always goes above and beyond. I also love animals, so I’m happy to help with pets as well. I’m currently studying psychology, which has strengthened my communication skills, patience, and understanding of child development. I would love the opportunity to support your family and become someone you can truly rely on.

In addition, I’ve supported students through tutoring in subjects like reading, writing, history, and Spanish, helping them gain confidence and succeed academically. I’m also an animal lover with experience caring for both dogs and cats, ensuring they get plenty of attention, walks, and playtime. Families describe me as patient, dependable, and energetic—I’d love to bring that same care and support to your family.

"We absolutely LOVE Isa — our family was so fortunate to have found her through UrbanSitter. I'm a first-time mom, and it took me a long time to find a full-time nanny I could trust to care for our sweet infant boy. Our boy connected with her immediately, and we couldn't have asked for anyone else to care for him. Her calming presence was also perfect for parents like us who work from home. We feel so lucky UrbanSitter helped us find someone who has truly become a part of our family."

"I was so stressed about finding a part-time nanny for my 14-month-old son, who has moderate separation anxiety and hadn't been left with anyone but family before, but we were both immediately at ease in Buhay's presence. Her empathy and commitment to understanding child development are apparent in every interaction I've witnessed between her and my toddler. I feel very lucky to have found her."

"Erna watched our now 5 year old daughter and 3 year old son for a few years. She is punctual, responsible, honest, and playful. What we appreciated most was that she was thoughtful in ensuring that we had a little break; for example, when the kids were clingy, she was able to divert their attention with games or songs or walks to the park. We felt very comfortable leaving our kids with Erna because of her caring nature and experience that spans a decade (including being a live-in nanny)."
