I grew up serving for a ministry for children with cancer called Blue Skies and can't remember a time I didn't love connecting with little ones. I started babysitting at the age of thirteen and continued all through high school. Shortly after I graduated high school I began working at an elementary after school program where my passion for working with children continued to grow. I decided to pursue my paraprofessional certification and began as an assistant teacher in the fall of 2023. A family should choose me as their Caregiver because i love children , through my mothers experience as a nurse I have had privilege to meet and get to know some of the children she works with and i was able to help them out with food and cloths which really fulfilled me. Being raised by a single parent i had to take care of my little sister , i would walk back with her from school , help her with homework and make lunch and dinner . This experience has made me a very responsible young adult and because of this experience i am good with children . I have recently completed my TELF which is a certificate to teach children English in Korea I believe that this will be a good skill to have when working with children.
