July 2026 Dear Parents and precious little ones, My name is Louise. I am a licensed teacher and attentive, experienced Nanny. Especially fond of newborns! Families find I am an attentive, smart, and a caring Nanny/House manager. My Bachelors degree in Nutrition is from Benedictine University. I have experience in schools. My availability is mostly weekdays. I have experience sleep training/night Nanny. If you accept my application and book my care for your child note: 1. I have a 5-consecutive hours minimum per day. 2. If you cancel with less than 24hrs notice please pay for the hours you booked. 😁 I am available more hours in the summers. ā—One of my favorite children's book is The Alphabet Tree. ā—I have managed vacation rental properties and I have household manager experience. ā—I am first-aid certified BLS/AED as a professional for infants, children and adults. ā—Comfortable around pets. I recommend this book as well: Besos de sol, abrazos de luna: Sun Kisses, Moon Hugs by Susan Schaefer Bernardo. This book helps children feel connected to loved ones who are far away, assuring them they share the same sky and moon. Best care Nanny, Miss Louise

ā€œMiss Louise took extra care to ask questions about some of our toddlers favorite colors and toys etc, to help make connections. She engaged with our daughter, asked careful questions about diet, meals, routines, allergies, screen time, etc. At the end of the day she'd made a wonderful lunch for both of us, helped clean up the toys and dishes used during the day, and brought such a calm presence to the house. My toddler absolutely adores her, and I couldn't have been happier!ā€

Hi parents, welcome to my page! My name is Maria and I would love to assist you with childcare. I have been working in childcare for the last ten years and I have experience with children ages newborn to thirteen years old. For the last five years I worked with a family as their full time nanny. With that family I assisted in school drop offs/pick ups, infant care, toddler care, potty training, meal prepping, light house keeping, homework help, etc. I am searching for my next full time family, but for the time being I am happy to help out with one off babysitting dates and date nights. I love to go on walks, go to the park, read, do board games, and do arts and crafts. I am more than happy to help out around the house and I am very flexible with start and end times. Thank you for your consideration. Have a great day and good luck in your search! **Please note that I have a three hour minimum when it comes to bookings. Thank you!

ā€œMaria was quick to respond, arrived on time and was able to make my kids (ages 3 and 5) feel comfortable right away. She was great and we will asking her to babysit again soon!ā€

Hello! My name is Amy, and I’m 27 years old. I recently graduated with a BFA in Graphic Design from Northeastern Illinois University. I am currently seeking part-time or full-time childcare opportunities throughout the year. I have over 10 years of experience caring for children of all ages, including infants, toddlers, young children, and teenagers. I am also currently working as a special needs paraprofessional, where I support and care for children with diverse learning and developmental needs. Additionally, I volunteer in my church nursery and have experience supervising larger groups of children during special events at a local preschool. I truly enjoy engaging with kids through creative and fun activities like arts and crafts, painting, drawing, imaginative play, tea parties, reading, and games. I’m very much a kid at heart, and children naturally feel comfortable and happy around me. I am also comfortable with pets. I have a dog that I care for daily, including walking, feeding, and administering medication, and I help care for my aunt’s cats when she is out of town. I am happy to assist with light cleanup after the children and can prepare simple meals or snacks as needed. I would love the opportunity to care for your children and create a safe, fun, and nurturing environment for them. Thank you for your consideration!

ā€œAmy was great to work with while we were visiting for a few days. She seemed engaged and friendly with my kids (age 4 & 8), did art work, and helped with bedtime/ dinner routine. She also helped sort out some packing before we had to leave. I would recommend Amy to anyone visiting or are residents of Chicago!ā€

"We absolutely LOVE Isa — our family was so fortunate to have found her through UrbanSitter. I'm a first-time mom, and it took me a long time to find a full-time nanny I could trust to care for our sweet infant boy. Our boy connected with her immediately, and we couldn't have asked for anyone else to care for him. Her calming presence was also perfect for parents like us who work from home. We feel so lucky UrbanSitter helped us find someone who has truly become a part of our family."

"I was so stressed about finding a part-time nanny for my 14-month-old son, who has moderate separation anxiety and hadn't been left with anyone but family before, but we were both immediately at ease in Buhay's presence. Her empathy and commitment to understanding child development are apparent in every interaction I've witnessed between her and my toddler. I feel very lucky to have found her."

"Erna watched our now 5 year old daughter and 3 year old son for a few years. She is punctual, responsible, honest, and playful. What we appreciated most was that she was thoughtful in ensuring that we had a little break; for example, when the kids were clingy, she was able to divert their attention with games or songs or walks to the park. We felt very comfortable leaving our kids with Erna because of her caring nature and experience that spans a decade (including being a live-in nanny)."
