Hi, my name is Leah, I am a 22 year old college graduate. I have been babysitting for as long as I can remember and I have built on that with real classroom and community experience. I started college career as an Early Childhood Education major at Northern Arizona University, and completed a year and a half of course work. Although I did end up changing my degree focus to political science, the educational foundation has stuck with me. I also worked as an Assistant Teacher at The Goddard School, where I worked with infants to 7 year old children. I supported lesson plans, daily activities, and kept a while prioritizing child safety and development while communicating regularly with parents and administrators. More recently, I worked with Nike Summer Camps at NAU, where I was running marketing and photography but more importantly I was running and supurvising activities everyday. participating with campers everyday. I also volunteered for several years at Mountain Vista in Denver, a Elderly Care home. where I facilitated group activities and helped coordinate events and staffing, especially around busy holiday periods. Hey! I’m Nikki the Nanny! I’m funny, easygoing, bright, communicative, energetic, adaptable, compassionate and simply adore children and all animals.
