Hi everyone! I’m Lindsay and I’m a Sophomore at KU! I am studying to be a Child Psychiatrist and have a passion for working with children. I have babysat since I was in high school and volunteered at a pre-school in high school! I am CPR and First Aid certified. I am finishing up my junior year of college at Kansas State University while majoring in Human Development and Family Science while having a passion for helping others. I have always grown up with a dog and have a very energetic 3 year old wheaten terrier at home when frequent visits from my older siblings cat. I grew up spending lots of time outside playing soccer, going on bike rides, swimming, and playing with neighbors. Last summer I was a part-time caretaker providing safe transportation services for an individual with autism (non-verbal) and being a friendly face for him when he needed a friend. I would love to spend more time with kids exploring their imagination and interest while providing a safe and loving environment for them.
