Hello, my name is Jossiane, but they call me Jossi. I am from Bolivia and came to the USA 4 years ago. I have been working as a teacher in a daycare for 3 years. I love working with children, doing fun activities is my favorite part. I have experience working with infants and toddlers, but I get along very well with children from pre-k to pre-school.

I graduated from Fitchburg State in May 2024 with a Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education. I currently work at a daycare with nine kids a day from 12 months old to 23 months old.

I am an education major and a minor human services that worked with kids throughout my high school and college. I’m a senior this year. I go to Fitchburg State. I’ve also worked with kids behavioral problems and disabilities. I love activities play volleyball at my school and also take part in clubs like dance I teach dance at Fitchburg. And other activities too.

I have experience with all ages of children and working with the senior population as well. I love to immerse myself into the world of the "littles" and see things through their eyes. It is amazing to watch them learn and grow when you become united in their daily activities. With the senior population, I love listening to their stories and letting them enjoy bringing their past experiences into any present situations we are currently enjoying. I also have experience with those that have memory issues and understand how to help them through their frustrations when needed.
