Hi! My name is Cindy, I’m located in Nashua, NH, and I’m happy to travel up to 45 minutes for the right nanny position. My current nanny position is in Salem, NH, which is about 45 minutes from my home.
I am looking for a full time Nanny position. I start at $25/hr depending on the amount of children and the circumstances.
I’d love to tell you a little bit about myself, my experience as a nanny, and the ways I can also support your family as a helpful household manager. I hope this gives you a better sense of who I am and the kind of care I provide.
💙 As a Nanny
I am a very patient, nurturing, and compassionate person who truly believes that children thrive when they feel safe, loved, understood, and supported.
When a child is struggling or acting out, I believe in taking the time to understand what they are communicating rather than simply reacting to the behavior. I use a variety of positive behavioral techniques that help me connect with children and respond to them in ways that are appropriate for their age and individual needs.
Understanding how a child’s developing brain processes emotions, communication, and experiences allows me to approach challenging moments with patience and compassion. Every child is different, and I believe in learning who each child is and finding the approach that works best for them.
I have experience caring for children from infancy through age 14.

Toddlers:
I enjoy sensory activities, introducing ABCs, counting to 10, learning colors, and beginning to introduce the days of the week and months of the year. Reading, music, creative play, and plenty of outdoor time are also favorites.
