Katalina $31 per hour for 1 child

Hi! I have been professionally nannying children for fourteen years, varying from infants to preteens and would love to get to know your kiddo(s)! I have experience with nanny shares (two toddlers), and have had multiple positions caring for 2 kids at the same time. I also have experience with house managing, meal prep, driving kids, bottle prep, diaper changing, and putting down for naps/bed. I also have experience being out and about with kiddos, as well as socializing with other parents/nannies and their children. I’m very adaptive to constantly changing circumstances and pride myself with being able to roll with the punches :) I also have experience helping children develop skills to manage their own emotions, and teaching them developmentally appropriate social skills. I’m very warm and patient with children, especially during meltdowns. I also have experience helping navigate conflict resolution. I am the best fit for a family who values children learning emotional skills over learning manners. I know manners are extremely important to many families, but I prefer to let a child have big feelings, help them through those feelings and develop age appropriate skills to help them the next time it happens. I will absolutely help kiddos learn manners ("please" and "thank yous") but only when the kiddo seems in the right head space to absorb such info. For example, if a kiddo is having a bad day and yells at me that I'm stupid, I am more likely to respond by asking, "is that how you feel about me right now?" than asking for an apology. Then after they've calmed down, I would say something like, "I know you were frustrated with me earlier, and that is absolutely okay. But let's come up with a different thing you can say to me instead of telling me I'm stupid." That way it's a process the kiddo and I are involved in together, and they feel like they have some control within a structured and boundaried relationship. If a baby is having a meltdown, I’m the kind of caregiver who will soothe them through it and validate their feelings, instead of trying to make the meltdown stop. I’m an avid reader (and a published author with HarperCollins!), and my hobbies include baking, knitting, sewing, yoga, meditation, singing, and doing theatre :) I am CPR and Choke Prevention certified. AND I LOVE PETS :D

Katrina 1 review
$20 per hour for 1 child

Hi families! My name is Katrina, and I recently relocated to Boston. I have a professional background as a Direct Support Professional (DSP), where I supported individuals with diverse needs, including developmental and behavioral challenges. Through this work, I developed strong skills in patience, communication, safety awareness, and creating structured, nurturing environments. I am CPR certified and prioritize safety while still making sure children feel comfortable, engaged, and heard. I believe in being attentive, calm, and proactive — whether that means helping with routines, homework, meal prep, or simply being a steady and positive presence. Families can count on me to be reliable, organized, and respectful of household expectations. I genuinely enjoy supporting children’s growth and independence while making sure they feel safe and cared for. I’m currently available for short-term, evening, and weekend care, and I look forward to connecting. $23-$27per hr

Very pleasant human being, goes above and beyond for you and doesn't miss a day of needing to help you! She’s very patient and understanding, flexible with dates/times. If you need someone to baby sit / nanny she is the one to go to, always reliable ❤️

Melissa $25 per hour for 1 child
Booked by 1 family in Malden, MA

My name is Melissa, I’m a 32 year old Colombian native. I’ve been in the United States for four years. I’m still practicing and learning English. I’m always looking for opportunities to improve myself. I’m a mother to three boys. I love children, I have a lot of patience. In my prior nannying position I took care of a 6 month old boy and his 4 year old sister for two years. I loved the position and the family. Our children got along very well and we took trips together during school vacations. When nannying I take full responsibility for the care of the child, I cook all meals for the children, clean, assist with laundry, ensure homework and other tasks are completed and if necessary prepare the children for bed. I also taught Spanish to my previous clients children. For pet care I provided services for various animals on Rover with my husband. I’ve had many pets in the past and currently have a Samoyed. I have a long list of experience with housekeeping. I’m extremely efficient and thorough. I’ve worked for various businesses cleaning and always had wonderful reviews. I’ve worked in many restaurants. Cooking comes naturally to me. I enjoy cooking a homemade meal instead of ordering out. I’m very dependable and flexible on days and hours. I also have my own vehicle.

Diavian $35 per hour for 1 child

Hi! I’m Diavian, and caring for children is truly one of my greatest joys. I know how important it is to find someone you can fully trust with your child — someone who shows up with love, patience, and consistency every single day. When your little one is with me, they will always feel safe, supported, and truly cared for. I believe in creating a warm, structured, and engaging environment where children can grow with confidence. My goal is to be a positive influence and strong role model, encouraging each child to be curious, kind, and proud of who they are. I love building long-term connections with families, and I treat every child with the same level of care and respect I’d want for my own loved ones. I’m a non-smoker, have reliable transportation, and am comfortable with pets. I’m also known for my great communication, reliability, and ability to multi-task while still giving children the attention and support they deserve. Whether you need a one-time sitter or ongoing care, I’m committed to making your life easier and your child’s day brighter. What Your Child Will Experience • A loving, patient caregiver who celebrates their personality • A safe, positive, and emotionally supportive space • Age-appropriate, stimulating activities and games • Outdoor walks, fresh air, and active play • Books, creativity, hands-on learning, and engaging routines • Healthy meals and snacks prepared with care • Positive reinforcement and gentle guidance My goal is always to keep children active, happy, engaged, and confident. I want them to feel excited when I walk through the door and secure knowing they are with someone who truly cares. You’ll never have to wonder if they’re being treated with love — that’s guaranteed. Thank you for considering me. I can’t wait to become someone your child feels comfortable with and someone you feel completely confident trusting.

"We absolutely LOVE Isa — our family was so fortunate to have found her through UrbanSitter. I'm a first-time mom, and it took me a long time to find a full-time nanny I could trust to care for our sweet infant boy. Our boy connected with her immediately, and we couldn't have asked for anyone else to care for him. Her calming presence was also perfect for parents like us who work from home. We feel so lucky UrbanSitter helped us find someone who has truly become a part of our family."

"I was so stressed about finding a part-time nanny for my 14-month-old son, who has moderate separation anxiety and hadn't been left with anyone but family before, but we were both immediately at ease in Buhay's presence. Her empathy and commitment to understanding child development are apparent in every interaction I've witnessed between her and my toddler. I feel very lucky to have found her."

"Erna watched our now 5 year old daughter and 3 year old son for a few years. She is punctual, responsible, honest, and playful. What we appreciated most was that she was thoughtful in ensuring that we had a little break; for example, when the kids were clingy, she was able to divert their attention with games or songs or walks to the park. We felt very comfortable leaving our kids with Erna because of her caring nature and experience that spans a decade (including being a live-in nanny)."
