I've always loved working with children and families. I babysat and nannied when I was younger. I've been teaching kindergarten for the past 19 years. I have my masters in early childhood development. I'm patient, kind, energetic and creative. I like things neat and organized. I'm also passionate about yoga and mindfulness for both children and adults. I have my adult and youth yoga certification. I also enjoy writing and recently published a book about Mindful Breathing.
