Hello families! My journey in childcare began in high school when I helped at my aunt’s daycare, and I’ve been dedicated to working with children ever since. For 7 years, I worked with the YMCA as both a counselor and Assistant Director, supporting children ages 5–12 in after school and summer camp programs. I also gained hands-on experience caring for infants and toddlers in the YMCA daycare. I now serve as a substitute teacher with Boston Public Schools while completing my BA in Early Education & Care in Inclusive Settings. This role has strengthened my ability to adapt to different classrooms, support diverse learners, and build meaningful connections with children of all ages.
