We do not have family here and have been working on building our new community and getting settled in our new home! It’s been a true gift to be able to stay at home with my daughter for the last year and a half. However, I am ready to return to my passion in a different, but more personal, capacity— as a nanny! Ideally, I am looking for a position in which I would be able to include my daughter. She will still be in my full time care, as my husband works and commutes long hours. I have worked in a daycare setting for a combined total of over 2 years, and I have been working at my current daycare for over a year now. I have worked with ages ranging from infants to 5 years old in a daycare setting and have worked with up to 10 years old while babysitting in past experience. Therefore I can do the basics such as, diaper changes, potty-training, naptime, bottle-feeding for infants or lunches for older children. I love doing arts and crafts with children, reading with them, playing inside and outside, going to the playground, and I can help with homework or practicing writing skills (if age applicable.) I have a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle if transportation is needed, along with a clean driving record. Since I work in a daycare I also have a clean criminal record and have passed all of the necessary CORI checks. Overall, I just love children and helping them grow.
