I am a certified postpartum doula through DONA and went to university to further my education in child development. I have worked with children from infancy up to school age, including children with disabilities. I am knowledgable in baby sign language as well as limited Spanish and French. I take inspiration for child care from my RIE training. Currently, I work full time for a family with one 3 year old

Hi- my name is Annette and I”m currently semi retired . I am offering child care in your home, senior care and household services. I love being a babysitter I have lots of experience and six children of my own that are grown and have their families in upstate New York. I have babysat lots of children and I love taking care of them as my own . I have taking care of my grand parents and I feel comfortable with senior care and their needs. I have cleaned homes and I am a type of individual that checks everything to be spotless and organized . If anyone needs me also on Saturday or Sunday I am able to help you . My rate is $35 an hour on the weekends . Thank you 😊

We feel incredibly fortunate to have had Annette as our daughter’s nanny. She joined our family when our daughter was just 5 months old and has been with us through so many important stages of her growth and development. Now, at 2 years old, our daughter absolutely adores Annette, and she has truly become like a member of our family. Annette is incredibly warm, nurturing, patient, and attentive. She knows our daughter so well that she can often sense when something is off before we even realize it. She is wonderful about communicating with me throughout the day and always keeps me informed about meals, naps, activities, and anything else I should know. She has also played an important role in helping us establish a consistent routine. She prepares our daughter’s breakfast and lunch, does puzzles and other activities with her, and is wonderful at getting her settled for her afternoon naps. On days when our daughter isn’t feeling her best, Annette is especially patient and comforting, which has always given us tremendous peace of mind. Her flexibility has also been invaluable to our family. Annette is extremely accommodating when our schedule changes and has even traveled with us. During one of my week-long business training trips, she came along and cared for our daughter at the hotel while I attended training each day. Knowing our daughter was with someone she loved and trusted made the entire experience so much easier. Annette also frequently brings homemade meals and snacks, which is such a thoughtful reflection of the care she puts into everything she does. Our decision to transition our daughter to daycare is simply the next step for our family as she gets older, and saying goodbye to having Annette with us every day is truly bittersweet. She has been part of our daughter’s life since she was a baby, and we will always be grateful for the love and care she has given her. We wholeheartedly recommend Annette to any family looking for a dependable, loving, attentive, flexible, and genuinely caring nanny. Any family would be incredibly lucky to have her.

My name is Bridget and I graduated this past May from Georgetown where I got a masters degree in tumor biology. Throughout college I volunteered at the children's hospital in both the PICU and the NICU, and ran study visits for a lab researching BLW/first foods. Last year I worked as an anesthesia technician, where I took CPR certification classes every 3 months. I have been babysitting kids of all ages since high school and love meeting new families!

Showed up promptly, communicated well, and had fun with our son who is often picky and has anxiety. A+

Hi, I hope you and your family are well! I have worked with children for more than 10 years and can truly say I have a passion for it. My experience includes working with ages as young as infants just coming home all the way up to 10yr olds. I have experience working in a school teaching Pre-K students early literacy skills to set them up for a bright future. I would be more than happy to continue using those skills to help set your little ones on the path to Academic success! It is never too early to start! I have worked with a few children with autism, helped with potty training, and more. My home is full of pets so I’m happy to work if you have some too. I am used to working in a classroom so multiple children is not a problem. Some activities I enjoy doing are playing games, reading books, doing crafts, baking and more.

Very kind and even tempered. She was great with my lil one.

Hi! - My name is Mamoshibudi but I go by Shiby! I hold bachelor in commercial law degree from South Africa hoping to get into American law school fall of 2025 and was a Speech Therapy Assistant in Maryland. I offered child care with emotional support, senior care as well as basic pet care. I was an Au Pair where I worked with kids aged 3 to 7 years old doing many tasks such as school prep, home schooling, pick ups/drop off, laundry, cooking, interactive playtime just to name a few. Before becoming a Speech Therapy Assistant of which I only did during the pandemic I briefly nannied for a wonderful family with two children aged 5 & 7 and I worked as a part time senior caretaker. I truly have a passion for children and seniors and hope to work with you in the future!

Omg!!! Best babysitter!! My children loved her. My daughter was crying because she has to leave. She was very engaging with children, she fed them and made sure they were safe. She even gave my child some language lessons. She will definitely be my children babysitter. Loved her personality and energy! You will not regret booking her!! Thank you for everything! 🤗

"We absolutely LOVE Isa — our family was so fortunate to have found her through UrbanSitter. I'm a first-time mom, and it took me a long time to find a full-time nanny I could trust to care for our sweet infant boy. Our boy connected with her immediately, and we couldn't have asked for anyone else to care for him. Her calming presence was also perfect for parents like us who work from home. We feel so lucky UrbanSitter helped us find someone who has truly become a part of our family."

"I was so stressed about finding a part-time nanny for my 14-month-old son, who has moderate separation anxiety and hadn't been left with anyone but family before, but we were both immediately at ease in Buhay's presence. Her empathy and commitment to understanding child development are apparent in every interaction I've witnessed between her and my toddler. I feel very lucky to have found her."

"Erna watched our now 5 year old daughter and 3 year old son for a few years. She is punctual, responsible, honest, and playful. What we appreciated most was that she was thoughtful in ensuring that we had a little break; for example, when the kids were clingy, she was able to divert their attention with games or songs or walks to the park. We felt very comfortable leaving our kids with Erna because of her caring nature and experience that spans a decade (including being a live-in nanny)."
