I have been in childcare for 5 years. I am the oldest of 3 siblings as well. I have received the all star staff award for my gymnastics work with youth during summer camp of ‘20. I have also received the staff of the month award at Cresthill for my imaginative play in ‘19. I work really hard to make what I do enjoyable not only for me, but for the kiddos as well. Recently transitioned from littles to teaching middle schoolers.❤️

Hi Families! I’m Khady, I’m a third year student at Howard University. I currently reside in Noma. I’m originally from Raleigh, North Carolina, and I’ve been babysitting for about eight years. I got my Red Cross babysitting and CPR/First Aid certification at 12, and since then, I’ve been working with newborns up to teenagers. I’m experienced with all ages, but I especially love working with toddlers from 3 months to 5 to 6 years old. I also have a lot of experience with special needs, especially ASD and ADHD. I’ve worked with many families, providing date nights and backup care, and I’ve had several consistent nanny families over the years. I’m also a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and spent a year and a half at UNC Rex Hospital NICU, where I gained my experience with newborns. This included maintaining feeding schedules, swaddling, and creating a calm and safe environment. For two summers, I also worked as a camp counselor at the YMCA, working with kids from preschool through grade school, and I absolutely loved it. I enjoyed spending time outdoors, going to the pool, taking trips to the park, and keeping the children occupied with fun activities without screen time. I truly enjoy what I do and love making my clients and kids happy every day. I always go the extra mile and truly enjoy building strong relationships with my families and the kids I work with. I really strive for consistency, and many of the kids I sit hate to see me leave and want to hang out forever—it just feels like a playdate. Looking forward to hearing from you! Best, Khady

Khady was excellent! Responded quickly to my post. Professional, reliable, and great with my daughter while I ran errands. Very affordable and easy to work with.

Child care: To see and watch a child explore life is a really amazing experience. I am always about acceptance and self expression. Any child I have looked after was always allowed the freedom of being themselves, even if they were shy at first. Home Management: Organized and reliable household support professional with 3–5 years of nanny experience assisting families with daily home operations. Experienced in creating and maintaining family calendars, laundry, homework supervision, children’s routines, and living spaces. I pride myself on being detail-oriented, proactive, and dependable in maintaining an efficient, well-run household.

Hello! My name is Chloé, and I am a college engineering student with several years of professional childcare, tutoring, and after-school teaching experience. My experience ranges from infants through school-age children and includes recurring infant care, after-school care, transportation, homework support, meals, and bedtime routines. As a STEM-focused college student, I’m also comfortable providing homework support. From March 2024 to October 2025, I worked as an after-school teacher at Lafayette Elementary with students from pre-K through fifth grade. I also provided French and math support as an after-school tutor at Maryvale Elementary. My private-family background includes recurring and occasional care for infants through school-age children, as well as full-time infant care, school pickups, transportation, multi-child care, overnight and extended care, and supporting children with ADHD and autism. Most recently, I provided temporary full-time care for a young infant, including bottles and burping, diaper changes, soothing and naps, tummy time, teething support, and age-appropriate play. I’m CPR and First Aid certified and always prioritize safety, structure, and positive engagement. I’m calm, communicative, attentive, and comfortable following established routines. I’m also comfortable with child-related meal preparation, dishes, laundry, and tidying, and I have previous live-in childcare experience. I’m available for recurring care starting September 7. I regularly update my availability and am otherwise open to weekday morning, daytime, and after-school care, as well as occasional evening, weekend, overnight, and extended care. I do have occasional pre-scheduled Monday/Tuesday afternoon commitments and can provide those dates in advance. I look forward to supporting your family!

Very attentive & keeps in contact throughout the job.

"We absolutely LOVE Isa — our family was so fortunate to have found her through UrbanSitter. I'm a first-time mom, and it took me a long time to find a full-time nanny I could trust to care for our sweet infant boy. Our boy connected with her immediately, and we couldn't have asked for anyone else to care for him. Her calming presence was also perfect for parents like us who work from home. We feel so lucky UrbanSitter helped us find someone who has truly become a part of our family."

"I was so stressed about finding a part-time nanny for my 14-month-old son, who has moderate separation anxiety and hadn't been left with anyone but family before, but we were both immediately at ease in Buhay's presence. Her empathy and commitment to understanding child development are apparent in every interaction I've witnessed between her and my toddler. I feel very lucky to have found her."

"Erna watched our now 5 year old daughter and 3 year old son for a few years. She is punctual, responsible, honest, and playful. What we appreciated most was that she was thoughtful in ensuring that we had a little break; for example, when the kids were clingy, she was able to divert their attention with games or songs or walks to the park. We felt very comfortable leaving our kids with Erna because of her caring nature and experience that spans a decade (including being a live-in nanny)."
