Nicole $25 per hour for 1 child

Hi everyone! I am currently looking for a new family to help nurture and assist with their littles! I have 10 plus years of childcare experience, I am a mother of two teenagers, I was the neighborhood sitter when my two were small. I am currently with a family that has four children under the age of 7, I've been with my current family for two and a half years. The mother is expecting their fifth this winter and would like to be a stay at home mother, so my position has changed. I am a professionally trained driver, have taken children CPR training as well. The current duties I perform include but aren't limited to light laundry, dishes, tidying up toys etc., meals, and pick up and drop off for children. I love playing and taking children outside in nature (there's so much to learn!). I'm hoping to find a family to stay with for a long period of time so we can all share the joy of watching and nurturing young minds. As for pet care, I have two cats and three chickens, I have worked at an animal hospital in the past, I love all types of animals/pets! I also have experience with elder care, I was a caregiver to my late grandmother who was in hospice, including visits, meals, and changing (it was a rewarding experience for me to just be able to be present and care for her). Caregiving is just in my nature. I also have excellent references available upon request. Thank you :)

"We absolutely LOVE Isa — our family was so fortunate to have found her through UrbanSitter. I'm a first-time mom, and it took me a long time to find a full-time nanny I could trust to care for our sweet infant boy. Our boy connected with her immediately, and we couldn't have asked for anyone else to care for him. Her calming presence was also perfect for parents like us who work from home. We feel so lucky UrbanSitter helped us find someone who has truly become a part of our family."

"I was so stressed about finding a part-time nanny for my 14-month-old son, who has moderate separation anxiety and hadn't been left with anyone but family before, but we were both immediately at ease in Buhay's presence. Her empathy and commitment to understanding child development are apparent in every interaction I've witnessed between her and my toddler. I feel very lucky to have found her."

"Erna watched our now 5 year old daughter and 3 year old son for a few years. She is punctual, responsible, honest, and playful. What we appreciated most was that she was thoughtful in ensuring that we had a little break; for example, when the kids were clingy, she was able to divert their attention with games or songs or walks to the park. We felt very comfortable leaving our kids with Erna because of her caring nature and experience that spans a decade (including being a live-in nanny)."
