My name is Phindi (the ‘H’ is silent), I'm a dependable, patient, and caring caregiver with years of hands-on experience caring for children of all ages, from newborns and infants to toddlers and school-aged children. As a parent myself, I understand the importance of providing a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children can learn, play, and thrive.
In addition to raising my own child, I have cared for my grandmother, assisting with companionship, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and daily living tasks. This experience strengthened my compassion, patience, and ability to provide attentive care to people of all ages.
I also have experience with house sitting and can assist with light housekeeping, laundry, meal and snack preparation, homework help, bedtime routines, organizing, pet care, and keeping the home tidy while you're away. I enjoy reading with children, arts and crafts, educational activities, outdoor play, and helping them reach developmental milestones in a fun and positive way.
I often volunteer at my child's school during book fairs and other school events, where I work with students, teachers, and families. I am also pursuing an Associate of Applied Science in Cloud and Information Technology, which has strengthened my organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
