The skills and patience I gained when helping her learn to read or understand her frustrations when she couldn’t verbalize them are ones I use now as I study patient care. Since taking care of her, I have been trusted with the care of children of all ages and varying needs. I personally enjoy reading together, going on walks, working through homework, playing games, cooking, and making origami animals with kids. I am very health conscious and have received both Covid shots as well as three boosters along with my yearly flu shot.
