I’m a Junior Psychology and Criminology double major at Howard University in Washington, DC. I was born and raised in Durham, North Carolina. In my youth, I was a Cheerleader (varsity), Girl Scout (up to Brownie), and I sang in my church choir. I’m compassionate and inquisitive. I’m Mexican-American, very fond of both kids and pets. I grew up around a huge family. Being the eldest daughter, I took care of both my baby sisters and baby cousins. I love taking care of people. I was my mom’s primary caregiver when she had to have a life saving surgery in 2022. I believe I’m very empathetic, compassionate, and that I get along with both kids and pets very well.
