This position gave me the opportunity to work with schools, helping them plan and build their schools community garden and led lessons on food sovereignty in Houston, Texas. To add to my childcare experience, I also nannied for my directors daughter when she was just 6 months old at the time and have babysat for the same two families from 2019 to 2023.
