Nina $20 per hour for 1 child

Hi! I'm Nina! I recently graduated from Catholic University with a degree in communications and marketing. I come from a big family where I've been surrounded by little ones all my life. As the oldest sibling, I grew up babysitting and went on to work with kids in lots of different areas! I've been camp counselor, a tutor, and a driver, but babysitting is my favorite childcare job. I love forming a connection with the kids I'm with on a regular basis, and getting to share in all their activities is so much fun for me! I'm passionate about health and fitness, cooking and baking, and tackling fun DIY projects! I'm a super comfortable city driver, have my own car, and love pets, especially dogs!

Miriam Gisel $25 per hour for 1 child

Hello! My name is Gisel, and I would love to help care for your children. I am available to start immediately. I am a former Au Pair with over 6,000 hours of childcare experience, including extensive experience with newborns, infants, toddlers, and children of various ages. I have also worked as a nanny and daycare assistant, supporting children’s development and well-being in different settings. I am CPR certified and have Montessori training. In addition, I have completed face-painting courses and enjoy creating fun, educational, and age-appropriate activities for children. I love arts and crafts, sensory play, educational activities, reading, music, and outdoor activities whenever the weather allows. Spanish is my native language, and I would be happy to introduce children to the language through songs, games, books, and everyday conversations if your family is interested in helping them learn a few words or develop bilingual skills. I have experience with diaper changes, bottle preparation, feeding routines, nap schedules, potty training, and helping children develop healthy habits and independence. My goal is always to create a safe, loving, structured, and enriching environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive. I especially enjoy planning hands-on activities that encourage creativity, learning, and social development. I believe children learn best through play, exploration, and meaningful interactions. In addition to childcare, I am happy to assist with child-related tasks such as cleaning and organizing play areas and children’s bedrooms, washing and sanitizing bottles, organizing toys, folding and putting away children’s laundry, and helping keep their spaces clean, safe, and organized. I consider myself patient, responsible, caring, organized, and highly dedicated to childcare. I value open communication with parents and always strive to provide the best possible care while respecting each family’s routines and parenting preferences. I am also pet-friendly and very comfortable around dogs and other pets, so I would be happy to help if you have furry family members at home. Although I do not currently have my own vehicle, I have reliable transportation and can be punctual and dependable every day. My rate is $25 per hour, and I am available to start immediately. I would love the opportunity to learn more about your family’s needs and discuss how I can support your children’s growth and well-being. Thank you for your time and consideration

"We absolutely LOVE Isa — our family was so fortunate to have found her through UrbanSitter. I'm a first-time mom, and it took me a long time to find a full-time nanny I could trust to care for our sweet infant boy. Our boy connected with her immediately, and we couldn't have asked for anyone else to care for him. Her calming presence was also perfect for parents like us who work from home. We feel so lucky UrbanSitter helped us find someone who has truly become a part of our family."

"I was so stressed about finding a part-time nanny for my 14-month-old son, who has moderate separation anxiety and hadn't been left with anyone but family before, but we were both immediately at ease in Buhay's presence. Her empathy and commitment to understanding child development are apparent in every interaction I've witnessed between her and my toddler. I feel very lucky to have found her."

"Erna watched our now 5 year old daughter and 3 year old son for a few years. She is punctual, responsible, honest, and playful. What we appreciated most was that she was thoughtful in ensuring that we had a little break; for example, when the kids were clingy, she was able to divert their attention with games or songs or walks to the park. We felt very comfortable leaving our kids with Erna because of her caring nature and experience that spans a decade (including being a live-in nanny)."
