Hi, I’m Schronda, but the children call me Ms. Ro. I have 20+ years of childcare experience, including 15+ years as a preschool teacher. Caring for children is truly my passion, and I enjoy creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children can learn, explore, and grow.
I have experience caring for infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and school-age children. I enjoy reading, arts and crafts, outdoor play, hands-on learning, music, and age-appropriate activities that support children’s development and independence. I’m also comfortable with meal preparation, bedtime routines, potty training, and maintaining children’s daily routines.
I’m currently the primary caregiver for my 15-month-old goddaughter, Amiracle, so I’m especially interested in nanny opportunities with families who may be comfortable with me bringing her along.
I also provide small-group childcare and an educational learning environment from my home in the 21229 area, incorporating early literacy, numbers, practical life skills, creative activities, hands-on learning, and outdoor exploration.
