I have worked as a camp counselor for 1 year, and I have 4+ years of baby sitting. I am comfortable with cats and dogs and I enjoy organizing. Additionally I have 45 hours of community service, over half being children related, and around 20 hours of job shadowing at an early childhood care center. Experience with special needs children and a valid drivers license.

Hi!! I worked at the James J Eagan center’s summer camp for two years while in high school. Me and my co-counselor were responsible for up to 30 kids daily. We planned activities for them daily, and made sure that they stayed safe daily. I believe that my approach is a strength of mine when it comes to caring for children. I’m currently a finance major in college, which might not seem directly related to caregiving, but it’s helped me become really responsible, organized, and dependable. I take commitments seriously and always try to show up prepared and on time. I’ve been babysitting since I was 15, and now that I’m almost 20, I’ve worked with kids of different ages and personalities. I also work as a lifeguard, which has taught me how important it is to stay alert and calm in any situation. Being responsible for people’s safety, especially kids, is something I never take lightly.
