Hi! I'm a recent graduate at UNC Chapel Hill, but from Rockville MD. I'm very experienced with children of all ages, having worked in a daycare for 2 years, and having been a mothers helper for over two years for three kids of different ages. I've worked with kids as young as 2 months to as old as 12. Im super fun and love children of all ages!! :) I'm also available for household chores, errands, and cleaning. I am fully licensed. I can cook, drive, and pretty much do any household task! I love dogs and other pets and have experience caring for them as well. I also have a lot of experience working with special needs children, (autism, ADHD, ADD)

Delaney was great to help us last minute and was on time and the kids enjoyed her. She handled everything perfectly from dinner to entertaining and getting all three including our two year old in bed and the house was tidy. Would hire her again.

"We absolutely LOVE Isa — our family was so fortunate to have found her through UrbanSitter. I'm a first-time mom, and it took me a long time to find a full-time nanny I could trust to care for our sweet infant boy. Our boy connected with her immediately, and we couldn't have asked for anyone else to care for him. Her calming presence was also perfect for parents like us who work from home. We feel so lucky UrbanSitter helped us find someone who has truly become a part of our family."

"I was so stressed about finding a part-time nanny for my 14-month-old son, who has moderate separation anxiety and hadn't been left with anyone but family before, but we were both immediately at ease in Buhay's presence. Her empathy and commitment to understanding child development are apparent in every interaction I've witnessed between her and my toddler. I feel very lucky to have found her."

"Erna watched our now 5 year old daughter and 3 year old son for a few years. She is punctual, responsible, honest, and playful. What we appreciated most was that she was thoughtful in ensuring that we had a little break; for example, when the kids were clingy, she was able to divert their attention with games or songs or walks to the park. We felt very comfortable leaving our kids with Erna because of her caring nature and experience that spans a decade (including being a live-in nanny)."
