After years working in hospitality and most recently as a Corporate Catering Director within a law firm, I decided to take a step in a new direction and focus more intentionally on the things that have always mattered to me: psychology, wellness, and working with children. I’m currently pursuing my degree in Psychology while continuing to deepen my yoga teaching practice. I’m a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200), certified in Children’s Yoga, and CPR/AED/First Aid certified for both adults and children. Caring for children has also been part of my life for many years. I began babysitting and nannying in high school and continued throughout my early college years. Today, I’m also a very involved aunt to my 6-year-old niece and almost 1-year-old nephew. My niece, Emily, is on the autism spectrum, and spending time with her has given me an even deeper appreciation for how differently children communicate, process their surroundings, and express their needs.
