I have always loved being around and working with children and am studying to be a teacher! I have been babysitting since I was 13, a swim coach for ages 5-18 for over 7 years, a camp counselor, and been working in elementary schools for 3 years now while studying to be a full time teacher. I also am a pet sitter through rover and love being around dogs! I am a very hard worker with a positive attitude. I am super creative and love doing crafts and new activities with kids. I’ve worked with kids since middle school, starting by babysitting my little sister and tutoring peers, which sparked my love for helping children learn and grow. By 8th grade, I was an assistant teacher at Hebrew school and babysat my Rabbi’s daughter. In high school, I became a YMCA lifeguard (CPR certified) and taught swim lessons at summer camp. Throughout college, I spent four years as a certified tutor at the Boys & Girls Club, helping kids from 1st through 12th grade with reading, writing, math, and study skills. I love working with kids—watching their imagination develop, fostering their curiosity, and helping them learn. I also grew up with seven dogs, so I’m very comfortable with pets and happy to help with them too.
