Hi My name is Shakeeva. I’m a Mother of 2 beautiful girls, a 19yr old and a 8yr old. I currently work with Autistic children as a ABA. I’ve been working in the ECE (Early Childhood Education) field for over 10 plus years. I have experience working in a childcare setting with Infant/Toddlers as a Lead Teacher. My responsibilities as a lead teacher follows -Taught and implemented primary curriculum to young and older toddlers with the goal in mind to achieve developmental milestones - Collaborate and communicate with parents to achieve and set common goals. - Create and engage specific activities to ensure appropriate development of fine and gross motor skills. -Through recreational play activities promoted appropriate social interactions. - Prepped, served all meals under the nutritionist guidelines. - Assisted children in toilet training and promoted proper hygiene.
