I’ve been involved with child care and educational extracurriculars since high school, from camp counseling to coaching robotics. I’m currently studying Interactive Media Arts at NYU, with additional coursework in Studio Art, Journalism, and Computer Science, blending my love for inquiry, storytelling, and media arts. Along the way, I’ve tutored math and am comfortable adding language arts, science, and history subjects to my repertoire. When I babysit, my goal is to ensure children have fun in immersing experience. This builds everyday learning--whether through imaginative play or tackling a skill they thought was out of reach. I love art projects and hands-on activities, and I’ve even got some colorful materials ready for crafting adventures! Plus, I’m always up for getting on the floor to explore toys and trinkets with as much enthusiasm as they do. I’m also a pet lover, comfortable with cats and a proud dog mom to a Chihuahua mix. Whether it’s an afternoon of creativity or helping with homework, I strive to create a positive, engaging experience for every child I work with.

I love children. I grew up with siblings, and I love hanging out with my 3-year-old nephew who lives in Berlin, Germany. I'm an experienced teacher. I've been teaching German languages at Yale and philosophy classes back in Germany. I love going on walks in Central Park, any kind of outdoor activities, going to museums, and playing games. I like cooking, especially organic and veggie food.
