I’ve had many years of childcare experience, as I grew up in a large family with many younger cousins! Hello! I've worked in childcare for about nine years. I love watching kids and seeing them learn and grow every day. Kids have always brightened my day and remind me why I love working with them as much as I do. I worked for the YMCA at their aftercare program and summer program. My responsibilities for aftercare were making sure kids completed their homework, had fun activities planned and were safe. For the summer program, I was a music teacher and taught kids from 3-8 years old. I can cook, drive or do other tasks. I am allergic to cats but happy to work with families with dogs.

Hi, my name is Taina and I am an NYU Tandon School of Engineering 2020 graduate in Biomolecular Science. I am a pre-med school medical student studying to become a doctor and biomedical engineer. I have a lot of experience with babysitting/tutoring, being from Queens, N.Y. I was always babysitting/tutoring young boys and girls as young as a newborn ages all the way up to the age of 15. I love children and being a babysitter allows me to form a connection with kids and gives me a good sense of what it means to be a caretaker and provider for my future profession in the medical career.
