Emerita D 2 reviews
$23 per hour for 1 child
Booked by 2 families in Leonardo, NJ

Hello, my name is Emerita. I am 36 years old. I have two children, 16 and 11 years I love children I am very sweet and patient with them I like to read books, play, take them to the park. I have 3 years of experience and worked with 2 families, in a daycare also I can help with light cleaning . I have a driver's license and CPR&AID

Emerita is an amazing nanny, and our family very fortunate to have found her. Our son had only known one nanny for all 3.5 years of his life and at that age was not taking too kindly to new people. However, when his first nanny went home overseas, Emerita was able to quickly and successfully take over what was quite a demanding job at the time: 6 days/week, 10 hours a day watching after our very active son including extensive trips away from the house at parks, beaches, the city, etc. Highly trustworthy, very friendly, and very adaptable to children....we strongly recommend Emerita for anyone seeking a nanny who is willing to adapt to your schedule and manage highly demanding toddlers.

Sedef $23 per hour for 1 child

After years working in hospitality and most recently as a Corporate Catering Director within a law firm, I decided to take a step in a new direction and focus more intentionally on the things that have always mattered to me: psychology, wellness, and working with children. I’m currently pursuing my degree in Psychology while continuing to deepen my yoga teaching practice. I’m a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200), certified in Children’s Yoga, and CPR/AED/First Aid certified for both adults and children. Caring for children has also been part of my life for many years. I began babysitting and nannying in high school and continued throughout my early college years. Today, I’m also a very involved aunt to my 6-year-old niece and almost 1-year-old nephew. My niece, Emily, is on the autism spectrum, and spending time with her has given me an even deeper appreciation for how differently children communicate, process their surroundings, and express their needs. I bring a calm, warm, patient presence into the homes I work in, while still understanding the importance of structure, safety, routine, and play. I genuinely enjoy getting to know each child as an individual and creating an environment where they can feel comfortable, supported, and completely themselves.

Hi my name is Jackeline, I'm a warm, reliable, and caring caregiver who truly enjoys helping families feel supported and at ease. I always treat each family as if they were my own, I have 3 younger sisters that I would help my mom out with growing up and I obtained my HHA certification so I have had work as a caregiver for children and seniors, I’d gladly provide references if needed! I'm patient, attentive, and very organized. I can help with daily routines, meal prep, light housekeeping, companionship, errands, and creating a safe, happy environment for everyone. "We absolutely LOVE Isa — our family was so fortunate to have found her through UrbanSitter. I'm a first-time mom, and it took me a long time to find a full-time nanny I could trust to care for our sweet infant boy. Our boy connected with her immediately, and we couldn't have asked for anyone else to care for him. Her calming presence was also perfect for parents like us who work from home. We feel so lucky UrbanSitter helped us find someone who has truly become a part of our family."

"I was so stressed about finding a part-time nanny for my 14-month-old son, who has moderate separation anxiety and hadn't been left with anyone but family before, but we were both immediately at ease in Buhay's presence. Her empathy and commitment to understanding child development are apparent in every interaction I've witnessed between her and my toddler. I feel very lucky to have found her."

"Erna watched our now 5 year old daughter and 3 year old son for a few years. She is punctual, responsible, honest, and playful. What we appreciated most was that she was thoughtful in ensuring that we had a little break; for example, when the kids were clingy, she was able to divert their attention with games or songs or walks to the park. We felt very comfortable leaving our kids with Erna because of her caring nature and experience that spans a decade (including being a live-in nanny)."
